About CCAC:
Founded in 1977, the mission of the City Clerks Association of California (CCAC) is to promote the municipal clerk profession through education, support, and communication. In addition to providing leadership and management training opportunities, enhancing levels of service responsive to the growing demands within our organizations, fostering proactive programs to promote effective legislation, and promoting networking among members, the objectives of CCAC are to promote:
• The interests of municipal clerks.
• Professional administration and education of municipal clerk offices.
• Uniform standards for administering municipal clerk duties.
• Improved standards of efficiency for municipal clerks.
• Better municipal government through increased cooperation with other municipal officials.
• Legislation which supports the goals and objectives of the organization.
Beginning in 2023, CCAC will be offering a new Annual Partnership program that features recognition all year long to over 750 members. Recognition will run from January 1, 2023 - December 31, 2023. Single event marketing opportunities will continue to be available for our educational events and the CCAC Annual conference, as we noted on the following pages.

Conference Sponsorship Opportunities
Ad and Logo Specifications: You must adhere to the following specification for your logo or ad to be accepted by the CCAC Design department. You cannot alter the dimensions.
Full Page: 8.5”W x 11”H - full dimensions
Half Page (vertical only): 4.25”W x 11”H - full dimensions
Quarter Page (vertical only): 4.25”W x 5.5”H - full dimensions
Company Poster (vertical only): 24”W x 36”H
Your Ad/Company Poster PDF: Must have a CMYK color profile
Must be 300 dpi And no crop or bleed marks are necessary
Logo: You must send your logo in an EPS or AI vector format. If you do not have an EPS version of your logo, please ensure what you send is high-resolution transparent PNG or PDF. Logos pulled from websites are not suitable for printing. Your ad must be in the requested dimensions (no rotating) and sent as a 300dpi PDF.

Annual Partner Posting Timelines: CCAC staff will be in contact with each of our annual partners once they sign up for their partnership online. Logos will be posted for one year from the date of payment of your sponsorship. Ads and videos will run for the allotted amount of time per the partnership level, from the time CCAC receives them.

Conference Exhibit Booth Space Only: $1,200
Interested in just exhibiting at our annual conference? This option includes one 6ft. drape table, two chairs, one waste paper basket and one complimentary full conference attendee.
Additional Exhibit Personnel:
If you’d like to bring more personnel beyond your complimentary attendees, you may purchase those tickets for an addition $300 which includes all meals for the conference.

Our a la carte sponsorships are available exclusively to our Diamond and Platinum Conference Sponsors and Annual Partners until February 17, 2023. After February 17th, all remaining options will be available as add-ons for other levels or as stand-alone sponsorship items. Please note—items below do not include conference registration. Registrations may be purchased in addition to the items below. Final deadline for commitments March 24, 2023.
