SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Fire Chief Level - $15,000

CalChiefs may decline an exhibitor or sponsor at its sole discretion.

• Three complimentary full conference registrations including provided meals

• Acknowledgement by the CalChiefs President from the podium

• Opportunity to address attendees during general session for up to 5 minutes or *one 50 minute educational breakout speaking session

• One Complimentary 2-day double or single exhibitor booth package in a prime location

• Reserved seating for three at CFCA Hall of Fame Brunch on October 19th

• Recognition on conference signage as a Fire Chief sponsor

• Up to two sponsor-provided sets of inserts in attendee hospitality bags

• Attendee list both two weeks before the conference and within two weeks of the conclusion of the event

• One year display of your company’s logo on the CalChiefs website as a sponsor with a link to your company’s website after the conclusion of the conference

• Sponsor ribbons for your staff’s name badges

• Opportunity to submit one digital ad to be displayed on general session screens between sessions

*Speaking Session opportunities are offered on a first come first serve basis until full. Content must be approved by the conference committee prior to the event.

Deputy Chief Level - $12,500

• Two complimentary full conference registrations including provided meals

• Acknowledgement by the CalChiefs President from the podium

• Opportunity to address attendees during general session for up to 5 minutes

• One Complimentary 2-day double or single exhibitor booth package in a prime location

• Reserved seating for two at CFCA Hall of Fame Brunch on October 19th

• Recognition on conference signage as Deputy Chief sponsor

• Up to two sponsor-provided sets of inserts in attendee hospitality bags

• Attendee list both two weeks before the conference and within two weeks of the conclusion of the event

• One year display of your company’s logo on the CalChiefs website as a sponsor with a link to your company’s website after the conclusion of the conference

• Sponsor ribbons for your staff’s name badges

Division Chief Level - $10,000

• One complimentary full conference registration

• Reserved seating for one guest at CFCA Hall of Fame Brunch on October 19th

• Recognition on conference signage as Division Chief sponsor

• One sponsor-provided set of inserts in attendee hospitality bag

• Attendee list both two weeks before the conference and within two weeks of the conclusion of the event

• One year display of your company’s logo on the CalChiefs website as a sponsor with a link to your company’s website after the conclusion of the conference.

• Sponsor ribbons for your staff’s name badges

EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES

CalChiefs may decline an exhibitor or sponsor at its sole discretion. Booth space is assigned by CalChiefs staff.

Double Booth – 20’ x 10’ (200 sq feet) - $2,900

• Two 6-foot skirted tables, 2 chairs, waste basket, table cover, 8-foot high black drape; 2-foot high side rail

• Two booth attendants (additional attendants - $200 each)

• Complimentary Wifi and basic electricity

• Complete Attendee list two weeks after of the conclusion of the event

• Exhibitor ribbons for your staff’s name badges

Single Booth – 10’ x 10’ (100 sq feet) - $1,900

• One 6-foot skirted tables, 2 chairs, waste basket, table cover, 8-foot high black drape; 2-foot high side rail

• Two booth attendants (additional attendants - $200 each)

• Complimentary Wifi and basic electricity

• Complete Attendee list two weeks after of the conclusion of the event

• Exhibitor ribbons for your staff’s name badges

PLEASE NOTE:

• Displays must be one-sided only (with the exception of fire apparatus)

• All attendants and displays must remain in the footprint of the assigned booth space and not spill into neighboring booths

TriCord will provide all exhibitor services in the exhibit hall including booth equipment outside of what is provided as part of the rental fee, rental furnishings, electrical distribution, freight and material handling, labor, custom display rentals, and sign producing and hanging capabilities. Each vendor will be sent a complete exhibitor package.

LOGO & AD SPECIFICATIONS

You must adhere to the following specification for your logo or ad to be accepted by the CalChiefs Design department. You may not alter the dimensions.

Logo: You must send your logo in an EPS or AI vector format. If you do not have an EPS version of your logo, please ensure what you send is high-resolution transparent PNG or PDF. Logos pulled from websites are not suitable for printing. Your ad must be in the requested dimensions (no rotating) and sent as a 300dpi PDF.

Ads: Digital ads (not to be mistaken for a commerical) should be submitted as 16:9 ppts.

SEND YOUR LOGO & AD TO: launch@smithmooreassoc.com no later than September 15, 2023. The title of the email should include the name of the event, your company name, and sponsorship level.
