BANG! CRASH! Bree and her dad jumped. “What was that!” exclaimed Dad.
“It is in the loft,” said Mum. “I think there is a goblin in the loft,” complained Bree.

“I was up in the loft getting my sports gear,” said Bree. “And I felt a jagged hand grab my leg.”
“I think you are right,” agreed Bree’s dad. “I was up in the loft and I spotted a ragged green arm as it hid under the red blanket.”

“Let’s go see this goblin,” said Mum. They snuck up to the loft and lifted the red blanket.
“Here is the goblin,” groaned Mum. 7
“I think you need to cut the creeper in the garden,” Mum said to Dad. 8
