Artist Statement: My work gives a voice to misperceptions of raw emotions, all represented through various women and nature. Depictions of watercolor realism and elements of line and texture showcase both the struggles and growth an individual undergoes throughout life. I also have been exploring the field of film photography, capturing portraits of women and nature. Each photo is intended to capture simplicity and expression. My art is meant to reflect different interpretations of women intertwined with nature and how they coexist with each other.

I heard someone call me a cow cat which I thought was rather rude. I mean, ok, my markings do remind you of a cow but I'm much sweeter and more fluffy to look at, you must agree. I'm only young so I'm a bit shy and scared of life at the moment. Can you help me come out of my shell and grow some confidence? You look kind. You look as if you'll take care of me. You look as if you'll love me and feed me and be gentle. Please take me home. The CCC is in need of supplies, especially litter (Scoop Away), bleach, laundry detergent, dry and wet cat and kitten food (Purina/Friskies), paper towels, trash bags, and treats! Use These Sleep Tips To Stay Safe And Productive At Work

(BPT) - It's time for America's workforce to wake up. If you are one of the tens of millions of adults sleeping fewer than seven hours each night - the amount recommended by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) - you are likely jeopardizing performance, increasing accident risks and putting everyone in danger during commutes. Getting enough sleep every night is key to improving productivity, safety and quality of life. Here are some tips to make sleep work for you. Don't burn the midnight oil Working late nights might impress your boss, but restricting your sleep can lead to trouble making decisions, solving problems, controlling emotions and more, severely affecting your productivity at work. The National Safety Council reports that workers who sleep fewer than six hours per night

Use the National Healthy Sleep Awareness Project's bedtime calculator, which helps you find your ideal bedtime based on when you need to wake up for work even if that's in the middle of the night. Getting at least seven hours of sleep isn't just a matter of feeling alert for productivity and safety on the job; it's a necessary component of good health and well-being.
