HASTOR not Castor! Why they only want to have certain family groups in UP, and the Prevent Group could take the wall down.

Excuse the wordplay. It was just ideal to mention here. Castor ­ you know ­ is the designation for the contai­ ners for the transportation of highly radioactive waste. Hastor, on the other hand, is the name of a family from Bosnia­Herzegovina, which is worldwide active in the automotive supply industry. Then nothing! No scandals, no problems! Just a family that works and has built up a group of its own, over the last 20 years. Right you are! The "Hastors" are the enfant terrible of the automobile supply industry. Not from the beginning. In 1992, Nijaz Hastor founded near the Volkswagen fac­ tory in Wolfsburg the Prevent GmbH. Everything was good, because the Prevent GmbH was able to produce and deliver components more favorably than others. Finally, Nijaz Hastor was formerly manager at VW and knew the needs of this group. A few months back it came to a short­term delivery boy­ cott against VW. Not too bad, because they agreed quickly.

But what the hell is going on in Upper Palatinate? Upper Palatinate is a special region inside the Free State of Bavaria. You cannot compare this with other re­ gions inside Germany. Upper Palatinate has the specific "catholic gene". Not only work is done in Upper Palatinate. They work and believe, maybe the do not believe in god, but they believe in the words bishops and priests say, also far away from the faith. In order to be able to reach this state, it was necessary in the Upper Palatinate to establish an economic envi­ ronment that could be controlled. Controlled? From whom?

Now some people are afraid the Prevent GmbH could take over the Grammer AG. But the other shareholders do not want to sell their sha­ res. Thus, the problem is imaginary, because Grammer AG will continue to produce the best possible results even with the greater influence of Hastor, due to its ex­ cellent relations with the automotive groups. So this is not the problem. But where are the problems? The problems could be in the outsourced companies, which produce in the plastic and metal cluster of the Oberpfalz for the automotive industry, perhaps also as a supplier for Grammer AG. Many of these companies have just so many employees that they do not need a works council. Some of these companies do not even know who they actually belong to. The production orders are digital and the administration is performed by regional tax consultants. The people who appear as owners are only aware of the fact that they drive large cars. It is, therefore, quite obvious that these firms have a sort of ideological stabilization function in the region. With a larger insight into the Grammer AG one would also learn how these smaller firms are structured. This could bring a little more ideological neutrality into the region.

Lets wait for May 24th. Then in Amberg is the general meeting of shareholders.
