A Divine Noodle Recipe With Pine Nuts, Chicken & Spinach Luscious food is all about coming up with perfect combination of quintessential ingredients, that bring splendid taste when cooked accordingly. INGREDIENTS     

2 packages of A-SHA crushed noodles 1/2 cup shredded chicken 1/4 cup chopped Italian cauliflower 1/2 cup chopped spinach 3 tablespoon parmesan cheese


        

1 tablespoon chopped basil 3 tablespoon pine nuts (roasted ones) 2 tablespoon vegetable oil (you can also use olive oil) 1 teaspoon finely chopped chilies 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic A pinch of pepper 1 teaspoon dried oregano Salt to taste

COOKING It’s very simple to prepare this nutritious dish, wherein you first have to boil the noodles and then drain them well. Make sure that you use a medium sized pan wherein you can boil enough water to cook the noodles. Side by side, you can boil the chicken pieces and cauliflowers over medium flames for nearly 5 minutes or until they are tender. Once you remove them from the heat make sure that you drain the water fully.

Once you are done with boiling noodles, chicken and cauliflower, you then have to heat some oil in a skillet and then add the fresh aromatic spices in it like ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Keep tossing them until they release a nice fragrance and become golden brown. After that add chicken and stir for 2 minutes and then add spinach and cauliflower in the skillet. Next, you need to add the cheese and dried oregano in the skillet and combine them effectively with rest of the ingredients. Again, cook the whole thing for at least two to three minutes over low heat. Add the salt and pepper and then blend the whole thing properly. In the end, to give a really rich appearance to your dish garnish it with roasted pine nuts and chopped basil. If in case, you do not have basil leaves, you can also use fresh coriander.
