Here's How To Prepare Chicken Noodle Laksa If you are creative enough, you can add noodles in a number of dishes or you can prepare a variety of dishes from them. Chicken Noodle Laksa is a Malaysian dish but it is loved by everyone across the globe.

Ingredients for Chicken Noodle Laksa One small skinned chicken 300 grams A-sha Dry Noodles 1 lemongrass stalks 2 finely chopped garlic 2 finely chopped green chilies 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger 1 tablespoon coriander seeds 1 tablespoon fish sauce 1tablespoon soy sauce 120 ml coconut milk Two tablespoons finely chopped coriander


Juice of one lime and its zest 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves Cooking Directions 1.Take a medium-size skillet and add chicken, lemongrass, lime zest, coriander seeds, and ginger to it and a little bit of salt to the skillet. 2. Add sufficient water to the skillet and bring it to boil. Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for around 35 to 40 minutes. 3. After 40 minutes, turn off the flames and shift the chicken to a plate. Make sure that you cover it with foil. 4.After shifting the chicken to a plate strain the stock into a saucepan. 5. Divide the chicken into small pieces. 6. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package instructions, and keep them aside after draining the water. 6.Now bring the the stock to a boil again, and add ingredients- chilies, coriander stalks, soy sauce, fish sauce, and coconut milk. 7.After two minutes add chicken pieces to the saucepan and cook them for nearly 5 to 6 minutes. 8. Add lime juice and spring onions to it. 9. Finally, divide the noodles equally into five bowls and pour the stock into them. Make sure that each bowl has sufficient chicken pieces and veggies in them. Garnish the noodles with mint leaves before you serve them to your loved ones. Original Source URL:
