stew, for which you need to create the paste of ginger, chili, lemongrass, and coriander. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse them until you get a fine paste or puree.
2. Now take a medium sized pan and heat some oil in it and then add the puree that you have just made. Cook it for around 5 to 6 minutes, before you add anything else to it.
3. Once the puree is effectively cooked then add five spice powder, stock, soy sauce and beef to the pan and let it boil. Once it comes to boil, reduce the heat, put a lid on the pan and let it simmer for around 1 hour.
4. Remove the lid from the pan after one hour, and then cook it for another 10 additional minutes. 5. Now keep the stew aside, and take another pan and boil some water in it to cook the noodles.
