Peanut Noodles With Shredded Chicken And Vegetables With the increasing popularity of noodles among people, several variations have entered the fast food market after experimenting with different ingredients to bring different varieties of healthy noodles to food lovers. INGREDIENTS NEEDED

       

1 pound of boneless chicken breasts (remove its skin) 2 teaspoons of finely chopped garlic cloves 1/2 cup of peanut butter 1 teaspoon of finely chopped ginger (fresh ginger) 2 teaspoons of soy sauce (with reduced sodium) 8 ounces of whole-wheat spaghetti Chili-garlic sauce to the taste 12 ounces of fresh vegetables

DIRECTIONS

1. Boil water for cooking pasta. 2. In a separate pan, add chicken with water and bring to a boil. 3. Cover it and cook the chicken until it is no longer pink in the middle, for about 10 to 12 minutes. 4. After thoroughly cooked as mentioned above, let the chicken cool down and then finely chop it into small strips. 5. Take peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, chili-garlic sauce, and ginger in a bowl and whisk them together to mix them well. 6. Now, put the pasta in the boiling water and cook them as per the instructions given on the packet. 7. Add the vegetables in the same saucepan of pasta and cook them together until they are tender. 8. Drain the excess water, reserving 1 cup for cooking 9. Refresh the pasta and vegetables by rinsing them with cool water. 10. Now, add pasta, vegetables, and chicken to the previously cooked liquid of other ingredients and toss them well.


11. Serve the dish warm or chilled. You can prepare this mouthwatering dish of noodles in no time!
