Agenda 22nd February: •

Welcome reception for all overnight guests.

Farm Retail Tours: Each tour will give you the opportunity to look at how other businesses (both farm based and non-farm based) deal with challenges such as marketing, strategic planning and people management. Details of each tour will be released as we get closer to the conference, but to tempt you we have already secured commitment from the Elveden Estates Farm Shop, Stone Throw Foods, and England’s first whisky distillery. Each tour will have a distinct focus, allowing you the chance to develop your skills. • Retail Master Class: Taking your farm shop to the next level • Retail Management: How to be a great farm shop retail manager • Fundamentals of Retail: Getting the detail correct
