FARMA Events Programme: 2015/2016

FARMA Conference 2016: Relationship Retailing: 28 February to 1 March: Manchester Independent retailing is about building strong trust-based relationships with suppliers, staff and customers; and when the products come from our own farms this is even more important. Customers are looking for closer relationships with the businesses and shops they value. How can farm retailers in shops, markets and PYO build these relationships? This year’s conference will explore these relationships and how a business can increase turnover and profit by valuing and enhancing relationships.
