Importance of Kids Health ● I spend a large amount of time consulting and working with gyms and fitness professionals and am astounded with how many kids are focusing on the Concepts of Kid’ s Health. ● Kid’s health works on many areas including: ● Physical activity ● Nutrition ● Mental acuity ● Social health ● Wellbeing


Kids Health Programs â—? With the centres that I frequent, programs are established that look at many facades of kids health. These centres run 6 weeks of physically challenging exercises. â—? They also incorporate nutritional menus, food plans and information.


Kids Health Programs ● Some of the programs now also include health and wellbeing coaches that work with children’s feelings, motivation and beliefs. ● Kid’s Health Programs are also encompassing technology with a number of cardio machines now incorporating playstation devices, integrated screens that show TV, cable as well as the development of mind games.


Kids Health Programs � Resistance based machines also have inbuilt technology that allows kids health vitals to be recorded and saved on smart phones. � Kid’s health is more than just jogging around the park and eating 3 square meals a day.

Kids Health Programs ● Online programs are also expanding with kid’s health programs moving to living rooms. ● Kids can now log into their computer, download videos etc and perform them at home. Nutritional information can also be obtained with one click on a mouse.
