Pearls of the Adriatic Excursions Gardens, the Esplanade, one of the largest squares in Europe and the elegant Liston. We proceed to see the Venetian Well in Cambiello and the Town Hall built in carved stone from Sinia. Finally we visit the Greek Orthodox Church of Saint Spyridon, patron saint and protector of the island. You will enjoy some free time for souvenir shopping before we return to our ship for lunch.

WALLED CITY OF BUDVA & UNESCO TOWN OF KOTOR Duration ca. 5.0 h - Stress level 3

On our way to Budva we have a stop near the unique little island town of Sveti Stefan, connected to the shore by a causeway and crammed full of terracotta-roofed stone dwellings. Gazing down on Sveti Stefan provides the biggest ‘wow’ moment on the entire coast but taking a photo is all we can do, as this tiny island is now the luxurious Aman resort, off limits to all but paying guests. We continue to Budva which is a vibrant coastal city with a modern flair. The old city of Budva is a small labyrinth of narrow lanes and we walk close to the Citadela, an ancient castle and the most significant fortification building of the Montenegrin Coast. Enjoy some free time discovering what this town has to offer: from a lively promenade filled with colourful coffee places and restaurants to old town filled with charming and tasteful souvenir shops. Back in Kotor, follow your guide on a walking tour of the city which boasts of Venetians architectural influences and is surrounded by an impressive, well preserved city wall protected by UNESCO. Once in Kotor you will soon see why the town was deemed a World Heritage Site as it offers its visitors a remarkably well preserved town centre with important buildings such as the cathedral of Sveti Tripun. Savour the beautiful atmosphere of this true gem of town before returning back by tender boat to our ship.

The Monastery of Paleokastritsa, Kanoni & Mouse Island Duration ca. 3.5 h - Stress level 3

From the port of Corfu it is a scenic 45-minute drive to Paleokastritsa, also known as “Corfu’s Capri” and one of the most beautiful resorts on the island with fine beaches, wooded hills and crystal-clear sheltered bays pierced by black rocks. According to mythology, Ulysses was shipwrecked here and arrived at this bay, where he met Nausica. Here you will visit Paleokastritsa’s venerable monastery, founded in 1226, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere created by shady archways and lovely gardens. Afterwards we proceed to Kanoni, site of the old cannons and the magnificent view across the bay to the Nunnery of Vlaherna and Mouse Island. This is probably the most photographed place in Corfu. We shall stop long enough to give you the chance to either walk down the steep hill to reach Vlaherna which is the small flat island completely occupied by a small 12th century monastery. Alternatively you can visit one of the beautiful cafes overlooking Mouse Island and the spectacular runway strip protruding in the sea. We return to our ship in time for dinner.

GASTOURI & CORFU TOWN Duration ca. 3.5 h - Stress level 2

We depart from the pier and take a scenic drive of Corfu, passing through the picturesque town of Gastouri featuring traditional houses and is also home of the famous Archillion Palace once occupied by Sissy. The Princess used the villa as a summer retreat until her assassination in 1898 while in Geneva. Her assassination has later inspired a film in 1955 starring the famous actress Romy Schneider. The bus then takes us to Corfu Town where you can join the English-speaking guide for an enjoyable walk through the old narrow alleys of the island’s capital. Over the centuries the town had many foreign influences. You will experience a taste of an Italian atmosphere on a Greek island. During our tour, the following sites can be viewed : we shall see the Old Fortress, the Durrell

24 | Orange Travel Group

KATAKOLON & OLYMPIA Duration ca. 3.5 h - Stress level 3

From the port of Katakolon it is a scenic 25-minute drive to Olympia to discover the birthplace of the Olympic Games. Relax in a comfortable, air-conditioned coach as you make your way east to the ancient site. It is here where the first Olympic Games were held in 776 BC in honor of Zeus. Follow your local guide through the site (entrance fee extra ca. Euro 6), listening to interesting facts about the area. At the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Archeological Site of Olympia, marvel at the Temple of Zeus, which once housed the gold and ivory statue of Zeus,

one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. This site was also the home of the original stadium and the Bouleuterion. Afterwards we give you some free time in modern Olympia to do some souvenir shopping. Return to the ship in time for lunch.

above Dubrovnik where we have a birds-eye view of this wonderful city. We continue inland to the fertile Konavle Valley and have a look at the Old Mill next to the cascading waters of the Ljuta River. From there we proceed to the enchanting seaside resort of Cavtat, once a prosperous Greek and Roman colony. It is now more relaxed and quite charming making it a preferred destination for the area’s many yachtsmen. You can almost feel time slow down as you wander the seaside promenade and quiet streets on your own. Enjoy a coffee in one of the splendid seaside bars, take a photo of the pretty bay or do some souvenir shopping. A picturesque drive along the coastal road takes us back to the port of Dubrovnik in time for lunch on the ship.

PELOPONNESE TOUR

Duration ca. 3.5 h - Stress level 2 In the afternoon we have a scenic drive enjoying the beautiful countryside of the Peleponnese which is the southern-most part of mainland Greece. Since the building of the Corinth Canal it is actually an island and its modern name derives from the legend of the hero Pelops who was said to have conquered the entire region. Our first photo-stop will be near the castle of Chlemoutsi which was built in the early 1220s and is perhaps the finest fortification of the early period of the Frankish rule in Greece. The castle is located on a small plateau and on clear days we can see the island of Zakynthos lying in the Ionian Sea. We drive along the coast and marvel at some of the finest beaches in Greece before the bus takes us to Mercouri. Here you have the option to either enjoy the nearby beach for a swim or visit the famous Mercouri winery estate (entr. fee incl. some tasting extra). The estate is extensive with over 150 years of history in the production of wine, olive oil and in the olden days, Corinthian grapes (or currants). We arrive back at the ship at around 17.30 hours.

Fascinating Cavtat & Konavle Valley Duration ca. 4h - Stress level 2

In the morning we have a scenic drive though the most southern part of Croatia flanked on one side by the sea and on the other side by the border to Bosnia-Hercegovina. We have a short photo-stop high

25 | Orange Travel Group

The walled city of Dubrovnik & the Island of Lokrum Duration ca. 4h - Stress level 3

After lunch we have a short 15-minute drive from the port of Dubrovnik to the Old Town where we have a 1-hour guided tour of the city, a city of unique beauty and harmony, spread out on the stone rocks and cliffs descending into the embrace of the sea and the waves. The main street is known as the Stradun and many of the city’s attractions are right here, including several monasteries, and the elegant 16th century Venetian Gothic Sponza Palace, once the city’s Custom House and notable for its fine courtyard columns and elaborate stone carvings. Dubrovnik’s famed symbol of freedom, a carved figure of an armoured knight, adorns the Orlando Column in a nearby square. After the walking tour you can either have free time for souvenir shopping or take the boat to Lokrum Island (boat and entr. fee to the island not incl ca. Euro 10). Today the island is a Special Reserve of Forest Vegetation under the strict protection of UNESCO. You can wander around the island (no cars are on this island) discover the monastery complex, Charlotte’s Well or the Gardens of Maximillian, chose to have a coffee at the open-air cafeteria or just go for refreshing swim on the rocky beaches. Our bus will return from Dubrovnik to the ship at 18.00 hours.

Notes • Land visits include the assistance of a local expert English speaking guide and road transportation. These excursions are organised by Orange Travel Group and are the only official excursions apart from the excursions organised by TUI Cruises (which are in German only). Only buses of Orange Travel Group and TUI Cruises have the authority to enter the port area and park close to the ship, and in the unlikely event that coaches are delayed on the return, the ship will be informed and action will be taken accordingly. • Excursions never include entrance fees. • During summer months expect extreme heat, crowded venues and long queues. We recommend that you dress light clothes (and appropriate clothes if visiting places of worship), wear comfortable shoes, a hat, sun-glasses and bring bottled water. • Stress level ranges from 1 to 5 with 1 being the least stressful excursion and 5 the most stressful one. • Duration of sightseeing is approximate and includes the bus travelling time. • It is important to always be punctual and follow the instructions of the English speaking representative • Buses cannot wait and late passengers have to make their own way to the ship.

Greece & Turkey Excursions

CATANIA

Duration: ca. 4.0 hours. Stress level: 3 Today we encourage you to come and see Catania, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the city known for its streets built with black lava stone from Mount Etna. We shall see Via Etnea, Via Crociferi, the Piazza Duomo and the “Liotru” statue, symbol of the city, the Roman Amphitheatre, the Opera House (external visit), the University and the noble Palace of Biscari (external visit). The guide will show you two of the “Seven Doors” protecting S. Agatha’s treasure, the famous “candelora”. You can also find an abundance of quaint shops, boutiques, great restaurants, very tempting cafeterias, with unique Sicilian ricotta or almond and pistachio cookies or traditional ice-creams (the first one in history was produced in this province). There will be ample free time for shopping before the bus takes you back to the ship for lunch at around 13.00 hours.

have to use tender boats to get ashore) we have a half day excursion to see a bit more of this beautiful island. It is after all the most famous Greek island and is established as the cosmopolitan centre of Cyclades. Arriving at the harbour of Mykonos we are welcomed by a row of windmills which stand guard looking out to the open sea. These windmills together with the pelicans are the symbols that signify Mykonos Island. Enjoy the drive over the little hills passing brilliant white sugar–cube buildings with splashes of colour from their bright blue shutters and beautiful flowers. We drive past some of the most wonderful beaches including Ornis Beach and Aghios Ioannis Beach, where ‘Shirley Valentine’ was filmed, before turning inland to visit Ano Mera, the most populated village on Mykonos. Ano Mera is not as crowded as other parts of Mykonos during summer and has a long religious history, since the 18th century Monastery of Panagia Tourliani and the ruin of the 12th century Monastery of Paleokastro are to be found here. We shall have a short stop near the quaint central square for you to enjoy the traditional Mykonos atmosphere whilst looking at the little stalls selling fresh products and excellent local cheeses. We return via Kalafatis beach and St. John’s Bay to Mykonos Town. The guide will walk with you to the famous windmills and from there take you through the maze of narrow streets, filled with numerous souvenir shops, little bars and tavernas. Some free time for souvenir shopping before the bus takes us back to our ship.

ACIREALE & THE CYCLOPS RIVIERA Duration: ca. 3.0 hours. Stress level: 2

In the afternoon, enjoy a scenic drive along Sicily’s coast to the ancient city of Acireale. In Acireale we will see the Basilica of Saint Peter and Paul, a beautiful baroque church built in 1550. We will walk past the Basilica Collegiata of St Sebastian and continue along the most elegant street in the city, Corso Umberto, lined with important palaces and stately homes. Make sure you taste the delicious water ice “Granita” together with a brioche pastry before we depart. We return via the Cyclops Riviera which stretches for 5 miles along the eastern coast of Sicily. This legendary coast is made up of lava stone from Etna’s numerous eruptions. Be enchanted by the stunning coastline and a deep, limpid sea whilst the guides tell you about the Homeric myths and legends behind the one-eyed giant son of Poseidon and Thoosa, from where the Riviera got its name. Catch the area’s beauty at its best as you drive along the seafront and spot hand-painted fishing boats in small inlets.

MYKONOS ISLAND TOUR

Duration: ca. 3.5 hours. Stress level: 2 After disembarking (the ship might be on anchor, in which case we

BODRUM TOWN & THE CASTLE OF ST. PETER Duration: ca. 3.5 hours. Stress level: 2

We depart from the port on a panoramic city tour of Bodrum Town. We pass near the Carian Princess Hall, a last reminder of the Hecatomnid dynasty until the city fell to the Macedonian armies of Alexander the Great. We go past Myndos Gate and proceed via the King Mausoleum to the Gumbet windmill landscape where we stop for photos. Our next stop will be at the ancient theatre of Halicarnassus (built in the late second century B.C) where the seating capacity was once 10,000 people. We then continue to St. Peter’s castle, a place in Bodrum that no visitor to this great city should miss. It overlooks the harbour and the international marina and was constructed by the Knights of St. John in the 15th century during the crusades of the middle ages. After a short explanation by the guide you will be given the option to visit the interior

of the castle of St. Peter together with your guide (entrance fee not included – to be paid on the spot) or to go shopping at the nearby market. We shall meet again at the same spot and the bus will take us back to our ship for lunch.

famous for its speciality restaurants. Upon arrival in Athens the bus will take us to a view-point from where we can have a look at the Acropolis, one of the wonders of the ancient world and the guide will give you a short introduction into Greek mythology and culture. We continue with a panoramic tour by bus showing you the major sights of Athens such as the Syntagma Square, the law courts, the Greek parliament, Hadrian’s Arch and the Old Olympic Stadium. We shall stop at the Plaka district, a most vividly colourful neighbourhood in the old town of Athens. This area is home to clothing boutiques, souvenir shops, speciality stores and numerous taverns and restaurants. Some free time for souvenir shopping will be allowed. We return for lunch to our ship.

BODRUM PENINSULA TOUR Duration: ca. 3.5 hours. Stress level: 2

After lunch we meet our guide once again and drive out of bustling Bodrum Town through some of the smaller villages which reveal the region’s quieter charms and its landscape of tangerine orchards and stone windmills. The lovely, mysterious stone domes that dot the landscape are old water cisterns and its gorgeous coastline was home to fishermen and sponge divers. We stop in Gumusluk, a peaceful traffic free village which seems a world away from the hustle and bustle of modern life, away from the well-trodden tourist track in the west of the peninsula. The whitewashed houses are covered with colourful flowers and make a perfect photo image. You will have time enough to sip a local beer or chilled wine at a friendly cafe along the waterfront. Alternatively you may wade through the shallow water to the offshore Rabbit Island. We return to Bodrum Town and if you like you can drop off in the centre of the town for some more shopping and make your own way back to the ship (you must be back on the ship by latest 17.30 hours).

CAPE SOUNION OR SWIMMING IN VOULIAGMENI Duration: ca. 4 hours. Stress level: 3

In the afternoon we have a relaxing drive along the coastal road which offers a splendid view of the Saronic Gulf, passing through some of the most beautiful suburbs of Athens (Glyfada, Vouliagmeni, Varkiza) to Cape Sounion. Just sit back and enjoy the stunning scenery. After arrival at the Cape, you can visit together with your guide (entrance fee not included) the 5th century B.C. Temple of Poseidon with one of the most breath-taking panoramic views in the world (on a clear day you can see at least seven islands). Those of you who prefer a swim in the Aegean Sea will be dropped off on our way to the Cape and later picked up again near a beach (beach-club charges an entrance fee of approximately Euro 5 per person) in Vougliameni which also offers nice cafes and restaurants (in case please bring your towel and swim suit).

ATHENS CITY TOUR

Duration: ca. 4 hours. Stress level: 4 We depart early from Piraeus harbour to reach Athens after short drive. On the way we see some of the stadiums which were built for the summer Olympics in 2004 and Microlimano, a beautiful little cove in Piraeus

Obligations of OTG

OTG binds itself to receive payment from the passenger on behalf of the Organiser in relation to any booking made by the passenger with the Organiser relating to any service offered by the Organiser to the passenger and to ensure that proposals, bookings and claims are forwarded to the Organiser on behalf of the passenger. Upon placing a booking with TUI Cruises the contract between the Organiser and the passenger shall come into force and will be legally binding between the parties. Booking a holiday from this brochure implies the acceptance of both the conditions set by TUI Cruises and those of Orange Travel Group Limited which is TUI Cruises’ exclusive preferred travel partner for Malta and Gozo. Once you have completed and signed the booking form and paid your deposit, as indicated hereunder, and have been issued a receipt, the booking is taken as confirmed and it is understood that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions referred to above, of which you shall be given a copy together with your booking form. The travel confirmation contains the significant details of your booked services. Should the services in the travel confirmation differ from those in the booking then a new offer will be presented by the Organiser. In this case you have 7 days in which to accept the new offer. During this period the offer remains legally binding for the Organiser. Should you accept the new offer in writing within 7 days then the travel contract will be completed on this basis. Alterations to the cruise itineraries are possible e.g. due to official regulations, particular shipping conditions, medical emergencies, or when, due to adverse weather conditions, the Captain decides to alter the route in the interest of the safety of the passengers. The Captain alone makes the decisions on necessary itinerary changes and/or travel times. Special terms and conditions apply for the cruise lines in accordance to international conventions. Please make sure that you study and understand the terms and conditions which will be given to you upon booking the cruise.

Payment

A deposit of €700 per cabin must be effected in order to obtain a formal confirmation of your holiday. Full payment for your holiday must reach OTG at least 75 days prior departure and therefore you are requested to pay your travel agent at least 80 days prior departure to allow the agent to effect payment in time. Should payment not be received by 75 days before departure, OTG shall have the right to consider your holiday as cancelled and charge all the applicable cancellation fees. If the due balance is not settled before the date of travel the passenger is not authorised to travel. Furthermore the passenger may be charged a cancellation fee as compensation as per rates indicated hereunder. Travel documents are made available approximately 2 weeks prior departure either in form of e-docs or printed tickets. Notwithstanding what is provided above, cancellation and rebooking fees are due immediately. It is to be noted that OTG has appointed a number of agents or retailers in regards to the offers contained in this brochure. Nevertheless the moment you choose such an agent or retailer to effect payment to OTG, such payment is being made at your own risk. OTG bears no responsibility if monies paid by you to third parties are not received by OTG within the terms set above and will not be bound to honour any obligations if the terms set in this agreement are not honoured fully. All prices published in the brochure are in Euros and are per person sharing a cabin. Prices include: all port taxes and fuel surcharges applicable on the date of printing. In lawful circumstances and within legal scope, OTG reserves the right to pass on any increases in the costs of transportation, taxes and exchange rates, provided the date of travel does not fall within 21 days from departure. This is applicable exclusively for fare changes where cost factors were subject to unforeseeable changes after the conclusion of the contract. Significant and unpredictable reasons for a price increase are e.g. the increase in public dues, the increase in value-added tax, changes in the world oil prices, changes in harbour dues, or, in particular cases, a more than 10% increase in the EURO vs. US-Dollar exchange rate. To the same extent an adjustment of the agreed travel fare is permitted should there be a change in the official passenger tariffs. As proof of the legitimacy of a price change, OTG will provide certification of each cost and rate increase for you to check. In case of alterations of prices or services OTG will contact you immediately but no later than 21 days prior to the scheduled sailing date. Increases after that date are not allowed. You have to assert your rights against OTG immediately after OTG has informed you about alterations of price.

Financial Aspect

Prices published in the brochure are based on the cruise prices, land arrangements, port taxes and fuel surcharges valid at the time of printing (you will bear the cost of any tax and fuel surcharge increases that may be imposed following the date of printing). In accordance to EU Law no. 51 (1) of 1998, any change to the costs mentioned above may result in an increase in the prices. Increases due to currency fluctuations and tax and fuel surcharges do not give you the right to cancel your holiday without incurring cancellation fees. You can cancel your contract at any time before date of travel. As means of proof, cancellations should be made in writing. Your cancellation notice is effective upon receipt by OTG. Should you cancel your booking or not commence the holiday, OTG. reserves the right to levy charges for made travel provisions and expenses incurred. When calculating the charges, OTG takes into account the services saved and the possible other use of the services. OTG may claim cancellation fees expressed as a percentage of the travel fare according to the amount of notice given between cancellation date and departure date, as listed below.

Cancellation fees:

Up to 340 days before: 339 to 120 days: 119 to 90 days: 89 to 60 days: 59 to 30 days: 29 days or less:

€100 per cabin €700 per cabin 25% of the total fare or €700 per cabin (whichever is higher) 50% of the total fare or €700 (whichever is higher) 75% of the total fare or €700 (whichever is higher) 100% of the total fare

Booking Changes

Your booking can be changed upon request and subject to availability (rebooking). This can be done until 30 days before date of travel. OTG charges the sum of €50 rebooking fee per person. Should you wish to make a rebooking less than 30 days before date of travel, then booking changes can only be made, if at all possible, by cancelling the travel contract subject to the cancellation fees indicated above. Any form of alteration made to the date of travel, destination or place of commencement, accommodation, the cabin or mode of transport is considered as a change.

Replacements

Up to the date of travel i.e. taking into consideration a reasonable amount of time for organisational matters, you may demand that a third party takes over all rights and liabilities of your travel contract with the Organiser. OTG reserves the right to decline making such a request on your behalf or that of the third party should the third party not meet the travel requirements or should there be legal restrictions or an official directive against his/her participation. Should a third party enter the contract then he/she and you are liable as co-debtors for the travel fare and the additional costs caused by the third party entering.

Name Changes

At time of booking all passengers names need to be submitted to OTG Names need to be congruent with the valid passengers’ passports. OTG reserves the right to pass on the service charges of €50 per person for name changes after the option is confirmed. Should travel be largely hindered, endangered or affected due to a force majeure (e.g. through war, natural disasters, government authority measures, transport embargos, ship loss or other similar incidents) which were not predictable at the time of conclusion of the contract, then both the passenger and OTG may cancel the contract. In the event of OTG cancelling the holiday prior to departure, the passengers receive a refund of all sums paid to OTG. No other compensation shall be paid.

Changes

TUI Cruises reserve the right to change the itinerary due to bad weather or industrial action, in which case neither the cruise company nor OTG are liable to pay any form of compensation for the missed ports or the change of programme. If any portion of holiday is lost due to natural disasters, bad weather, industrial action, war, government restrictions or any matter of force majeure, neither TUI Cruises nor OTG or their subcontractors can be held liable to pay compensation for damages incurred. In the event that a ship is prevented to enter a port in order to either embark (to start a cruise holiday), or disembark (to finish a cruise holiday) due to bad weather, industrial action, or such unexpected circumstances, OTG shall be responsible to convey the passengers to the next possible port of embarkation or disembarkation but it is also being hereby understood that neither TUI Cruises nor OTG shall be liable to pay any expenses related to loss of holiday or other sorts of moral damages arising from such circumstances since these are completely out of the control of both TUI Cruises and OTG.

Cancellation after date of travel

Should you cancel after the date of travel then the charges for return transport and other additional costs will be charged to you as traveller.

Passport, VISA, Customs, Currency and Health Requirements

OTG will be responsible to inform you of passport, visa and health requirements

and possible changes thereof prior to starting the journey solely so far as these apply to citizens of Malta. OTG may delegate this instruction to a third party. Citizens of other countries, please check passport, visa and any other entry requirements with your own country’s embassy. In doing so, OTG assumes that there are no peculiarities in the customer itself and potential fellow travellers (e.g. dual citizenship, statelessness). The customer is responsible for obtaining and entrainment of required documents, potential mandatory vaccination as well as compliance to customs and exchange control regulations. Inconveniences that might accrue from non-compliance of these regulations e.g. payment of cancellation fees are for your account. OTG is not liable for changes in political circumstances or entry regulations, making an entry to the country or destination difficult or impossible. In the event that it is necessary to make changes we will always try to advise you in advance, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Any physical challenge or medical condition that requires special treatment or attention must be reported at the time of reservation. You are asked to complete the questionnaire provided by the Organiser in order to confirm compliance with the Organisers’ requirements. In such a case, conditions may be imposed for travel by the passenger in question and the reservation may be revoked or refused by OTG or TUI Cruises if in their judgement the passenger is in a physical or mental condition which render him unfit for cruise travel. The reservation may also be revoked or refused if the passenger requires care beyond what can be provided by OTG or TUI Cruises. For safety reasons it is not allowed to bring on board portable oxygen concentrators, oxygen gas cylinders and liquid oxygen units. Also, you must inform the travel agent at time of booking if you or any one of your group intends to take medical needles for syringes on board. Any and all costs incurred as a result of not boarding the ship on time at the embarkation port shall be borne by the guest. In all ports of call you must return to the ship no less than one hour before the scheduled departure time. departure, cabin changes, transfers, sightseeing tours and other components of the cruise programme are subject to change without prior notice and without reference to OTG by the cruise lines and other suppliers. Passengers are advised that TUI Cruises’ cabins have 2 lower berths. In most of the cabins these twin beds can be pushed together to make a double. The 3rd and 4th beds can either be pullman beds (bunk beds) or sofa beds. Especially the inside cabins are not suitable for 4 adults to share as cabin’s space is very limited. The bunk beds are not suitable for older passengers or for passengers with mobility problems. The particulars contained in the brochure save for what is stated in these terms and conditions shall not form part of the agreement between OTG and the passenger. Should you, contrary to expectation, have grounds for complaint you can seek remedy. According to the law of warranty and the right of notice, you are obliged to report the deficiency forthwith on-site first to our onboard tourleader and then to the ship’s reception or an international hostess. You must present OTG with a time limit to provide a remedy, unless remedy is impossible or is refused by OTG. OTG can offer remedy by providing an equivalent replacement service as long as this is reasonable. Should OTG offer you a reasonable remedy then you are obliged to accept it. Should you refuse a reasonable offer you are no longer entitled to make warranty claims for inconveniences. If, contrary to obligation, OTG does not succeed in providing a remedy within a given fair time limit then you may seek your own remedy. Hostesses or responsible travel staff are not authorised to recognise any claims, they may only confirm the registration of your complaints. Should you not fulfil this duty to cooperate by actual fault, then you will not be entitled to make a claim.
