Kanoni

From its circular terrace, Kanoni offers an amazing view across the island of Pontikoníssi (meaning Mouse Island), one of the most photographed spots of Corfu! According to the legend, this rocky islet was a Phoenician ship that was turned into stone.

Messonghi

The resort of Messonghi is 21km to the south of Corfu Town. Messonghi has a selection of restaurants, shops, bars and a disco for evening entertainment and a sweep of coarse, shingle and sandy beach

Kavos

Very basic and comfortable accommodation with simple furnishings. All rooms have 2 beds, a private shower, fridge, a balcony but no TV, Aircondition (extra) and no kitchen facilities. Rooms are cleaned daily but bed linen is changed on arrival and towels are changed twice during the week (extra towels available at a charge). Nancy Rooms are located in the centre of Gouvia, very close to the clubs, numerous bars, supermarkets, restaurants and the beach.

Gouvia is situated on the east coast of Corfu within good proximity of Corfu town. Buses run daily from 07:30hrs till 23:30hrs circa every 15 min and the ride to Corfu town takes approx. 15 mins.

Excursions & Activities

Friday

Corfu Town & Sea lion show Transfer to Corfu Town where we will have our walking guided tour visiting the Palace built with the Maltese stone, Saint Spiridon Church and Town Hall amongst the main attractions. Some free time for leisure, shopping and time to explore Corfu’s cosmopolitan capital. Later we walk to Corfu port where we will sail with a glass bottom boat. Experience divers will swim surrounded by fish, feed them and show us some of the strangest forms of life in the sea. Sea lions with their trainers perform a unique show. On our return transfer will stop at Jumbo multi- store for incredible bargains.

Albania (Transfers in Corfu & Ferry Ticket) Transfer to Corfu port where we will have the chance to visit the tax free shop before our departure by boat to Albania- Saranda port (approx. 70 minutes).Very important to have a valid passport for this excursion. A €10 per person immigration fee is to be paid on board (extra). On arrival you will have the chance either to spend the day exploring Saranda town at your own leisure or to buy the guided coach excursion (extra), visiting the open market and the shopping centre with the local products and to see the famous Blue Eye Spring and the village of Karahatz with its luxurious restaurant Erdano for lunch (included). On the return transfer to Saranda short break for coffee (extra) at Lekures Castle with the panoramic view to the Ionian Sea and Butriti Lake.

Aqualand (Transfer & Entrance Ticket) This is the ideal place for all the family. Forget your worries, relax, sunbathe and swim. A truly incredible water park with a choice of 38 slides and the 3rd largest wave pool in the world. Giant and multi slides black hole for twisters, kamikaze for the daring, hydro tube, Crazy River for the sun seekers and a Jacuzzi to relax in.

Bella vista We start our tour with a visit to the koum kouat distillery and taste one of the island’s most famous products, the “Koum Kouat” liqueur, made from a Koum Kouat citrus fruit, a variety of which only grows in Corfu. Then we will visit Paleokastritsa Monastery, which dominates the whole region and it offers a breathtaking view of the island and the sea below . We will drive towards the famous Bella Vista in Lakones for fantastic photos of beautiful scenery. We then proceed to the village of Sidari, which is quite known as one of the best tourist resorts in Corfu.

We will have the chance to visit the famous Channel of Love (known as Canal d’ Amour) an idyllic area with unique rock formations that form a series of wonderful coves and canals.

BBQ boat trip including lunch Bbq boat trip will sail for an hour and a half along the east coast before crossing the Straits of Corfu and arriving at Kalamas on the Greek mainland. We stay at this sandy beach for 2 ½ hours and while waiting for your barbecue lunch you can swim, sunbathe or take part in various water sports (extra). After lunch we continue on to the coast of the northern Greece mainland where we anchor in a small bay, with time for swimming and snorkelling. We make our way back to Corfu, passing the port of Igoumenitsa. Lunch consists of freshly barbecued chicken or pork, (souvlaki or schnitzel for the kids). Greek salad, tzatziki (a garlicky yoghurt dip), bread, red or white wine, cola and water. (Please note, only drinks served with the meal are free.)

Paxos & Antipaxos Transfer to Corfu Town from where we will set sail. Today you will swim in the crystal blue waters in Antipaxos and you will enjoy Gaios the traditional village and capital of Paxos.

During our passage, on the left hand side, we see the beautiful port of Laka. As we sail you will enjoy the impressive rocky coast line and the unique white sandy beaches until we arrive at the small but perfectly formed island of Antipaxos, whose sandy blue water coves have been compared to the Caribbean. Here you will have the opportunity to swim in the crystal waters of the “Paradise beach”. Our excursion proceeds to Paxos. After entering the narrow channel which leads us to the picturesque port of Gaios village, we see a breathtaking view of the two islands Panagia and Agios Nikolaos. We moor close to the center of Gaios village where you can easily walk through the wonderful narrow streets and enjoy your lunch (extra) at one of the traditional tavernas. During your trip you can enjoy the sun and help yourself to refreshments, which can be purchased from the bar on board.
