The Northern Lights Aurora Borealis on board Hurtigruten Nordnorge (Expedition Ship) 22 Feb - 01 Mar Friday, 22 February Flight & embarkation Early morning flights from Malta to Bergen (with Transit), transfer to the port & embarkation. Ship will depart Bergen at 2200hrs. Your 7-day voyage starts in Bergen, a city surrounded by seven mountains. Before departure you may wish to explore this cultural gateway to the fjords. Bergen was founded in 1070 AD, and was the capital of Norway for several years. The city is a central point for Norwegian travel, and has retained a great deal of local character and history. One example of this is the historic UNESCOlisted Bryggen district with colourful wharfs that date back to the 14th century. Take a stroll around this charming and compact city, spend some time in one of the outdoor cafés and restaurants, enjoy a trip on the Fløibanen Funicular or visit the famous fish market. You will sail north from Bergen along the Hjeltefjord, the same route the Vikings once plied to the Shetland Islands and beyond. You are heading to the high north. Spend the rest of the evening relaxing as you admire the spectacular landscapes, either from deck or in our panorama lounges. Saturday, 23 February Alesund Enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the Nordfjord, followed by a delicious breakfast. As you sail past the West Cape, you are out on the open sea. The ship then navigates through skerries and islands before reaching Ålesund. Distinguished by its numerous spires, towers and highly-ornate buildings, Ålesund is a town renowned for its beautiful art nouveau architecture. It owes this to a devastating fire that burned a large proportion of the city to the ground in 1904. The entire town was subsequently rebuilt in the fashionable style of the time, art nouveau. If you like marine life, join one of the organised shore excursions to Atlanterhavsparken - one of Northern Europe’s largest salt-water aquariums. The tour includes a visit to the open-air pool to see the resident penguins. After visiting Atlanterhavsparken, you continue onwards and upwards to Mount Aksla where you will get an amazing panorama of the area. Sunday, 24 February Kristiansund - Rørvik Few large cities have managed to preserve their intimacy as effectively as Norway’s third largest city, Trondheim. Viking king, Olav Tryggvason, founded this ancient city as early as 997. Join the ship’s optional excursion to Norway’s national shrine, Nidaros Cathedral, the country´s only Gothic-style cathedral built over the burial place of St. Olav, Norway’s patron saint. Here you can marvel at the cathedral’s incredible architectural details and exquisite works of art. You

can experience Trondheim in a vintage carriage on the world’s northernmost tram for a unique sightseeing tour or else from sea level in a kayak along the river Nid or else you can join the Expedition team for a hike to discover more of the surroundings of Trondheim. In the afternoon, the ship sets a northwest course, passing the beautiful Kjeungskjær lighthouse and numerous charming islets and rocky outcrops. After passing through the narrow Stokksund, the ship heads towards charming Rørvik. Monday, 25 February Brønnøysund - Svolvær Welcome to the Arctic! This invisible line is situated at 66 degrees 33 minutes north and marks the border to the Arctic Region. During winter, being above this latitude provides the best chances for experiencing the Northern Lights. Even if you aren’t awake to see the Arctic Circle, the captain makes sure that the occasion is a memorable event. If you are sailing in Arctic waters for the first time, you can pArcticipate in a daytime Arctic Circle ceremony on deck. Near Ørnes, you find Svartisen, Norway’s second largest glacier. Later in the afternoon, the sight of the 1,000 m high Lofoten Wall appears on the horizon. Tucked between majestic granite cliffs and white sandy beaches, Lofoten is an experience that is out of the ordinary. The charms of the Lofoten Islands are revealed in the small, picturesque fishing villages with their bohemian ambience. Crossing the Arctic Circle is when the hunt for the Northern Light begins. You will celebrate the event by a multimedia show, ‘The Magic Light, Aurora Borealis’, featuring pictures, words and music. As you sail through the narrow Raftsund, you stop at the entrance to Trollfjord. Here you will be served with freshly made fish cakes out on deck. You also hear the story of ‘The battle of Trollfjord’, which took place here in the winter of 1890.
Tuesday, 26 February Stokmarknes - Skjervøy Feeling like a polar hero. Get ready for a day full of exciting activities! During the morning hours, you briefly dock at Risøyhamn, Harstad and Finnsnes. The ship then continues to Tromsø, `Capital of the Arctic´, for a prolonged stay. Many epic Arctic expeditions used Tromsø as a starting point. Join the ship’s `Polar History Walk´ to learn more about the explorers and Arctic hunters, and to taste beer made at the world´s northernmost brewery. You can complete your stay in Tromsø with a thrilling husky dog sledge ride (not included). On this mini polar expedition, the huskies pull you over the frozen landscape while you enjoy stunning views of the ocean, mountains and open plateaus. During the polar night, the only light comes from headlamps, the starry sky, and, if we’re lucky, the magical Northern Lights. Why not test your coordination skills and have some winter fun by joining a cross-country skiing or snowshoeing adventure or go deep-sea fishing on an Arctic fjord. After an exhilarating day in Tromsø, you will continue the northbound journey. The ship is now sailing into waters where you have the best chance of seeing the Northern Lights. You will gather on deck to search the skies for this breath-taking phenomenon. Wednesday, 27 February Øksfjord - Berlevåg At the top of the world - North Cape. Enjoy magnificent sub-Arctic landscape as you cross the 71st parallel on our journey towards North Cape, one of the northernmost points on the European continent. The ship arrives in Honningsvåg, the gateway to the spectacular North Cape. An optional excursion to the North Cape plateau puts you at 71°10’21´N, only 2,000 km away from the geographic North Pole. Standing on top the 307-metre high North Cape

Join a birdwatching safari to experience Finnmark’s largest flock of puffins, as well as large numbers of kittiwakes. If you want to learn more about local life in this remote region, join the fishing village visit that takes you through the island of Magerøya´s fantastic scenery to the fishing communities of Kamøyvær and Skarsvåg. Along the way, your guide tells you about the area´s nature, local culture and history. The ship then continues north, sailing into the heartland of the indigenous Sámi people. You can join an unforgettable snowmobile trip to one of Europe’s most extreme and exciting natural areas. Along the way, guides tell you about the Sámi people, the geographic and climatic conditions, life on the Finnmark coast, and how the
Thursday, 28 February The Extreme North The vistas become more dramatic as you approach Kirkenes. You arrive in nearby Vadsø early in the morning and just after breakfast you arrive in Kirkenes, at 30° East, further east than Istanbul and St. Petersburg. Kirkenes is known as the capital of the Barents region and gateway to the east. The Russian border is a just few miles away. You may find it intriguing that the local road signs are written in both Norwegian and Russian. You get off the ship in the morning and head to the airport for your flight to Stockholm (via Oslo) and overnight. Friday, 1 March Return flight Stockholm - Malta You depart from your hotel to the airport, early in the morning for your return flight to Malta.

Ijmuiden is a small town that functions mainly as a gateway to Amsterdam, being only 26km away. Affectionately known as the “Venice of the North,” Amsterdam is actually situated below sea level and built entirely on stakes driven into the ground. The Anne Frank House, The Hague and a Delft Blue Pottery Factory are just a few of the sights that await your arrival. Thursday, 12 September Belfast (Northern Ireland) Belfast has undergone an enormous transformation in recent years. Thursday, 15 August Helsinki, Finland Welcome to Scandinavia’s “White City of the North,” a city defined more by its people and Art Nouveau architecture than its chilly climate (from October to April). Helsinki is a classic sea-city, with a dramatic coastline colored by bays and inlets. The city keeps its historical roots intact, perched above the square’s wide steps, you can see the domed Lutheran Cathedral. Designed by Carl Ludwig Engel, the square is surrounded by the University, State Council Building and Cathedral. The Old Town, with its cobblestone streets, evokes memories of the 18th Century. Saturday, 17 August At Sea Don’t miss out to shop for some variety namebrand & the duty-free shopping. One of the Largest Ships in the World
Cruising the Med on board Oasis of the Seas July | August | September
One of the largest ships in the world - the one that kicked off the equation of bigger equals better when it launched in 2009 - Oasis of the Seas makes an impression even before you board. Beyond being the first of its class, Oasis of the Seas was also the ship that launched a vacation revolution. Seven distinct neighbourhoods, two-level loft suites, the only Zip Line at sea and the deepest high-dive pool ever to sail. These are just a few of the never-before-seen Oasis Class innovations that changed how you stay, play and unwind. The this-can’t-be-a-ship effect continues as you board; lined with shops like Michael Kors, Kate Spade and Starbucks -- and most importantly, no outside windows -- the ship’s Royal Promenade gives the impression of a hectic mall, rather than a cruise ship.
DINING OPTIONS Dining onboard Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas is anything but ordinary. World-class cuisine, extraordinary service, and plenty of dining options. With the great size of Oasis of the Seas comes a lot of dining choices, split between the complimentary and speciality options:

Malta to Trieste Cruise & Fly on board Mein Schiff 6 04 - 11 August | 01 - 08 September Sunday - Embarkation in Malta Monday - At Sea This day shall be spent cruising to explore the numerous amenities and activities offered on board. Tuesday - Dubrovnik Fascinating Cavtat & Konavle Valley Duration: ca. 4 hours. Stress level: 2 In the morning we have a scenic drive though the most southern part of Croatia flanked on one side by the sea and on the other side by the border to Bosnia-Hercegovina. We have a short photo-stop high above Dubrovnik where we have a birds-eye view of this wonderful city. We continue inland to the fertile Konavle Valley and have a look at the Old Mill next to the cascading waters of the Ljuta River. From there we proceed to the enchanting seaside resort of Cavtat, once a prosperous Greek and Roman colony. It is now more relaxed and quite charming making it a preferred destination for the area’s many yachtsmen. You can almost feel time slow down as you wander the seaside promenade and quiet streets on your own. Enjoy a coffee in one of the splendid seaside bars, take a photo of the pretty bay or do some souvenir shopping. A picturesque drive along the coastal road takes us back to the port of Dubrovnik in time for lunch on the ship. The walled city of Dubrovnik & the Island of Lokrum Duration: ca. 4 hours. Stress level: 3 After lunch we have a short 15-minute drive from the port of Dubrovnik to the Old Town where we have a 1-hour guided tour of the city, a city of unique beauty and harmony, spread out on the stone rocks and cliffs descending into the embrace of the sea and the waves. The main street is known as the Stradun and many of the city’s attractions are right here, including several monasteries, and the elegant 16th century Venetian Gothic Sponza Palace, once the city’s Custom House and notable for its fine courtyard columns and elaborate stone carvings. Dubrovnik’s famed symbol of freedom, a carved figure of an armoured knight, adorns the Orlando Column in a nearby square. After the walking tour you can either have free time for souvenir shopping or take the boat to Lokrum Island (boat and entr. fee to the island not incl ca. €20). Today the island is a Special Reserve of Forest Vegetation under the strict protection of UNESCO. You can wander around the island (no cars are on this island) discover the monastery complex, Charlotte’s Well or the Gardens of Maximillian, chose to have a coffee at the open-air cafeteria or just go for refreshing swim on the rocky beaches. Our bus will return from Dubrovnik to the ship at 18.00 hours.

Alberobello, Italy Wednesday - Bari Alberobello & the Unesco Site of the Trulli Duration: ca. 4 hours. Stress level: 4 Departing from the port of Bari we discover that in Italy’s most southeastern region, there lies a most astounding valley. To get there, we drive through golden fields of grain and past gently undulating hills. And then you come to the Murge Valley. All of a sudden a vibrant green washes across the landscape, thanks to small groves of an oversized oak tree that grows only here. You will also see tropical vegetation - palm trees and bougainvilleas and gigantic hibiscus - as well as larger and healthier olive groves. And interspersed among all this verdant beauty, you will see the strange conical houses that exist only here. At first they appear one by one, like solitary mirages cowering amidst the olive trees. Gradually, as you drive on, they grow taller, and their whitewashed bases make them more visible. Soon you are spotting them in clusters of up to a dozen all attached to each other to make one larger dwelling. And then you drive into the little town of Alberobello, where they cover four entire hillsides, seeming for all the world like a cheerful white nativity scene recreated to true human dimensions. If this were California, Mr. Disney’s name would be visible on a neon sign. But it’s Apulia, and these houses were first built many centuries ago by the local inhabitants and were declared a world heritage site by UNESCO in 1996. (Attention: This excursion includes a rather strenuous 20 minutes walk from the bus parking area to the centre of the Trulli) Thursday - Split Split & Trogir Duration: ca. 4 hours. Stress level: 3 Situated in a small island squeezed in between the mainland and the larger island of Ciovo, Trogir is connected to the mainland with a bridge. Except
for the green parks the entire island is occupied by spectacular constructions: bleached stone houses, palaces, churches, monasteries, towers, walls etc. The streets are narrow and they truly give a feel of how life might have been in the old days. You will see from the outside the main attraction in Trogir - the Cathedral of St. Lawrence. This 13th century building is probably the finest example of sacral architecture in Croatia. The unusual construction with three naves and three semi circular apses dominates the whole town. Other fine buildings that will be viewed are the Town Loggia decorated with stone carvings, including one by great Croatian sculptor Ivan Mestrovic, the Town Hall, the Cipiko Palace etc. Continue with the drive back to Split. The Old Town of Split is built on and around the spectacular Roman Palace erected in the 4th century. During your walking tour you will see the Diocletian Palace and the very interesting Cathedral of St. Duje (patron saint of the city). The Cathedral is built on the remains of an ancient shrine and is supposed to be the oldest in the world. On your tour you will also see the Golden Gate, the Silver Gate and the Peristyle Square. After the walking tour you may spend some free time in the biggest city of Dalmatia and return on your own to the ship. Friday – Day at Sea Saturday - Koper Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia Duration: ca. 5.5 hours. Stress level: 3 We depart early from Koper to visit Ljubljana, the capital city of Slovenia and one of the most charming cities in all of Europe, filled with museums, theatres, historic sites and many other attractions. During the 1.5 hour bus drive to reach the city, you can marvel at the beautiful countryside of Slovenia. After reaching the capital we will spend some 2.5 hours in the historic centre. Ljubljana’s Old Town is filled with churches and buildings dating all the way back to medieval times. The old world charm continues at Ljubljana Castle, whose tower (entrance fee not included) provides a magnificent view of the city. At the city centre lies Prešeren Square, which features the famous statue of Slovene national poet France Prešeren. Right off of the square is Cop Street, one of the main shopping streets in the city. The guide will walk with you to the Square of the Republic and will show you the Roman ruins which are a must. We continue our walk to the turn of the century Dragon Bridge and from there to Metelkova a place full of bars and nightlife. We return to Koper in the early afternoon. Take time to smell the roses, as you embark on a tour to the Fragonard Perfumery in Grasse, the Riviera’s most fragrant town, followed by a visit to a walled medieval town. You’ll visit one of two iconic perfume factories and learn how fragrances are created. Then you will travel to St. Paul de Vence for a walking tour of the historic medieval village. You will return back to the ship in time for lunch. In the afternoon, you can then disembark on your own, again by taking the tender boat, to discover the romantic resort town of Cannes.

Begin the day in Portovenere, a UNESCO-listed town boasting colourful facades and the 12th-century church of St. Peter, which dangles over the jagged oceanfront of the Ligurian coast. Set sail from Portovenere via motorboat and relish a spectacular view of this picturesque region’s multicolored terratetto houses, rugged seascapes and dinghy-spangled harbours. You will then proceed to Monterosso al Mare, the area’s oldest and most famous village.

Conclude with some free time for shopping in the many clothing boutiques and souvenir & speciality shops or people watching in one of the cafés in the picturesque Plaka, the city’s most ancient and vividly colourful neighbourhood. mykonos
VISIT ON YOUR OWN WITHOUT EXCURSION
One of the most popular Greek islands, is Mykonos. It is a mix of sun, fun, glamour and tradition. Relax at a beach or wander around the maze-like streets of this scenic port-town. We will not be organising an excursion in this port, since once you will be dropped off by the tender boat, you will find yourself immediately in Mykonos town, where everything is within walking distance. However, should you wish, Royal Caribbean organises a selection of excursions at this port which you can book. If for some reason, you will be docked at Tourlos port instead of being by tender, there will be shuttle bus (extra) to take you to Mykonos Town.

Oia & the Island of Santorini Hours: 3.5 Hours Stress level: Moderate
Step into the volcanic landscape and white washed villages on a half-day guided adventure, to discover one of the most beautiful islands in the world - Santorini. Upon your arrival, you will disembark by tender boats at the port where the coaches will be waiting to take you to the island’s highest peak, Mt Profitis Elias. Brief photo stop, before you head to Oia. Enjoy the traditional Cycladic architecture with its beautiful old mansions and houses perched on the cliff side, fine shops, cafes and domed churches. From there, you will drive to Fira town, the picturesque capital of the island, built on the rim of the caldera wall. Some free time, before you will return to the port to catch the tender boat back to the ship, either by taking a cable car (not included) or on foot walking down a lot of serpentine steps.

Obligations of Orange Travel Group Limited
OTG binds itself to receive payment from the passenger on behalf of the Organiser/ carrier in relation to any booking made by the passenger with the Organiser/carrier relating to any service offered by the Organiser/carrier to the passenger and to ensure that proposals, bookings and claims are forwarded to the Organiser/carrier on behalf of the passenger. Upon placing a booking with the relevant cruise company, the contract between the Organiser/carrier and the passenger shall come into force and will be legally binding between the parties. Booking a holiday from this brochure implies the acceptance of both the conditions set by Cruise Company and those of Orange Travel Group Limited who is the exclusive preferred travel partner for Malta and Gozo. Once you have completed and signed the booking form and paid your deposit, as indicated hereunder, and have been issued a receipt, the booking is taken as confirmed and it is understood that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions referred to above of which you shall be given a copy together with your booking form. The travel confirmation contains the significant details of your booked services. In this case you have 7 days in which to accept the new offer. During this period the offer remains legally binding for the Organiser/ carrier. Should you accept the new offer in writing within 7 days then the travel contract will be completed on this basis. Alterations to the cruise itineraries are possible e.g. due to official regulations, pArcticular shipping conditions, medical emergencies, or when, due to adverse weather conditions, the Captain decides to alter the route in the interest of the safety of the passengers. The Captain alone makes the decisions on necessary itinerary changes and/or travel times. The Captains’ decision as to the route, ports of call and embarkation and disembarkation of passengers is final and OTG LTD is not liable for any claims made by the passenger with regards to the decisions made by the ships’ captain. Special terms and conditions apply for the cruise lines in accordance to international conventions. The rights of passengers in relation to carriers is also regulated by EU Regulation 1177/2010.
Financial Aspect
Prices published in the brochure are based on the cruise prices, land arrangements, port taxes and fuel surcharges valid at the time of printing (you will bear the cost of any tax and fuel surcharge increases that may be imposed following the date of printing). In accordance with law, any change to the costs mentioned above may result to in an increase in the prices. Increases due to currency fluctuations and tax and fuel surcharges do not give you the right to cancel your holiday without incurring cancellation fees. You can cancel your contract at any time before date of travel. As means of proof, cancellations should be made in writing. Your cancellation notice is effective upon receipt by OTG. Should you cancel your booking or not commence the holiday, OTG reserves the right to levy charges made for travel provisions and expenses incurred. When calculating the charges, OTG takes into account the services saved and the possible other use of the services. OTG may claim cancellation fees expressed as a percentage of the travel fare according to the amount of notice given between cancellation date and departure date, as listed below.
Cancellation fees: Up to 340 days before: 339 to 120 days: 119 to 90 days: 89 to 60 days: 59 to 30 days: 29 days of less:
€100 per cabin €1,000 per cabin 25% of the total fare or €1,000 per cabin (whichever is higher). 50% of the total fare or €1,000 (whichever is higher) 75% of the total fare or €1,000 (whichever is higher) 100% of the total fare
Booking Changes
Your booking can be changed upon request and will be subject to the availability (rebooking) at that time. This can be done until 30 days before date of travel. OTG charges the sum imposed by the relative cruises company. Should you wish to make a rebooking less than 30 days before date of travel, then booking changes can only be made, if at all possible, by cancelling the travel contract subject to the cancellation fees indicated above. Any form of alteration made to the date of travel, destination or place of commencement, accommodation, the cabin or mode of transport is considered as a change.
Please make sure that you study and understand the terms and conditions which will be given to you upon booking the cruise
Any special requests made by the passenger together with his booking shall be communicated by OTG to the carrier, however, unless the carrier shall have confirmed in writing to the passenger that such special request will be entertained, such special request shall not be a part of the booking or form part of the contract between the passenger and the carrier. In any case, OTG shall bear no responsibility or liability in relation thereto.
Payment
Replacements
A deposit of €1000 per cabin must be effected in order to obtain a formal confirmation of your holiday. Full payment for your holiday must reach OTG at least 75 days prior departure and therefore you are requested to pay your travel agent at least 80 days prior to departure to allow the agent to effect payment in time. Should payment not be received by 75 days before departure, OTG shall have the right to consider your holiday as cancelled and charge all the applicable cancellation fees. If the due balance is not settled before the date of travel the passenger is not authorised to travel, furthermore, the passenger may be charged a cancellation fee. Travel documents are made available approximately 2 weeks prior departure either in form of e-docs or printed tickets. Notwithstanding what is provided above, cancellation and rebooking fees are due immediately. It is to be noted that OTG has appointed a number of agents or retailers in regards to the offers contained in this brochure. Nevertheless the moment you choose such an agent or retailer to effect payment to OTG, such payment is being made at your own risk. OTG bears no responsibility if monies paid by you to third parties are not received by OTG within the terms set above and will not be bound to honour any obligations if the terms set in this agreement are not honoured fully. All prices published in the brochure are based in Euros and are per person sharing a cabin. Prices include: all port taxes and fuel surcharges applicable on the date of printing. In lawful circumstances and within legal scope, OTG reserves the right to pass

on any increases in the costs of transportation, taxes and exchange rates, provided the date of travel does not fall within 21 days from departure. This is applicable exclusively for fare changes where cost factors were subject to unforeseeable changes after the conclusion of the contract. Significant and unpredictable reasons for a price increase are e.g. the increase in public dues, the increase in value-added tax, changes in the world oil prices, changes in harbour dues, or, in pArcticular cases, a more than 10% increase in the EURO vs. US-Dollar exchange rate. To the same extent an adjustment of the agreed travel fare is permitted should there be a change in the official passenger tariffs. As proof of the legitimacy of a price change, OTG will provide certification of each cost and rate increase for you to check. In case of alterations of prices or services OTG will contact you immediately but no later than 21 days prior to the scheduled sailing date. Increases after that date are not allowed. You have to assert your rights against OTG immediately after OTG has informed you about alterations of price.
| Orange Travel Group
Up to the date of travel i.e. taking into consideration a reasonable amount of time for organisational matters, you may demand that a third party takes over all rights and liabilities of your travel contract with the Organiser/carrier. OTG reserves the right to decline making such a request on your behalf or that of the third party should the third party not meet the travel requirements or should there be legal restrictions or an official directive against his/her pArcticipation. Should a third party enter the contract then he/ she and you are liable as co-debtors for the travel fare and the additional costs caused by the third party entering in your stead.
Flights
The right is reserved to substitute alternative airlines and/or aircraft if necessary. Flight timings are subject to confirmation and alteration. Some flights may have intermediate stops en route and as factors effecting this are not always known before departure date we cannot always notify you in advance. Flights are subject to the granting of permits and licenses by authorities both in Malta and overseas. In the event of your flight arrangements being changed or cancelled as outlined in this section, we accept no liability for extra costs or consequential loss arising, directly or indirectly, from any independent contract arrangements between the client and a third party. All flights are non-smoking.
Name Changes
At time of booking all passengers names need to be submitted to OTG. Names need to be congruent with the valid passengers’ passports. OTG reserves the right to pass on the relevant charges applicable at the time for name changes after the option is confirmed.
Changes
The Cruise Ship Management reserves the right to change the itinerary due to bad weather or industrial action, in which case neither the cruise company nor OTG are liable to pay any form of compensation for the missed ports or the change of programme. If any portion of holiday is lost due to natural disasters, bad weather, industrial action, war, government restrictions or any matter of force majeure, neither The Cruise Ship Management nor OTG or their subcontractors can be held liable to pay compensation for damages incurred. In the event that a ship is prevented to enter a port in order to either embark (to start a cruise holiday), or disembark (to finish a cruise holiday) due to bad weather, industrial action, or such unexpected circumstances, OTG shall be responsible to convey the passengers to the next possible port of embarkation or disembarkation but it is also being hereby understood that neither The Cruise Ship Management nor OTG shall be liable to pay any expenses related to loss of holiday or other sorts of moral damages arising from such circumstances since these are completely out of the control of both The Cruise Ship Management and OTG. Cancellation after date of travel Should you cancel after the date of travel then the charges for return transport and other additional costs will be charged to you as traveller.

In order for a booking to be accepted where minors are not travelling with their parents/legal guardian a notarised letter is to be made available to us and presented upon check in by the responsible accompanying adult. Failure to present this notarised authorisation by the parents/ legal guardians will result in denied boarding for the minor. Children on board should be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times, and are welcome at activities on board or at shore excursions provided that a parent or guardian is present. Children cannot remain on board if their parent(s) or guardian go(es) ashore.
Should travel be largely hindered, endangered or affected due to a force majeure (e.g. through war, natural disasters, government authority measures, transport embargoes, ship loss or other similar incidents) which were not predictable at the time of conclusion of the contract, then both the passenger and OTG may cancel the contract. In the event of OTG cancelling the holiday prior to departure, the passengers receive a refund of all sums paid to OTG. No other compensation shall be paid.

Any costs associated with transporting the guest to rejoin the ship including, but not limited to, government fees, visa fees, subsistence, lodging, air fare, launch fare, car hire or agency fees shall be borne by the guest.
Terrorist attacks/Civil Strife
Carrier will provide for the payment of compensation for passengers in the event of the cancellation or delay of a passenger service based on a percentage of the ticket price, except when the cancellation or delay occurs due to weather conditions endangering the safe operation of the ship or to extraordinary circumstances (including but not be limited to, natural disasters such as fires and earthquakes, terrorist attacks, wars and military or civil armed conflicts, uprisings, military or illegal confiscations, labour conflicts, landing any sick, injured or dead person, search and rescue operations at sea or on inland waterways, measures necessary to protect the environment, decisions taken by traffic management bodies or port authorities, or decisions by the competent authorities with regard to public order and safety as well as to cover urgent transport needs) which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken.
Passport, Visa, Customs, Currency and Health Requirements
OTG will be responsible to inform you of passport, visa and health requirements and possible changes thereof prior to starting the journey solely so far as these apply to citizens of Malta. OTG may delegate this instruction to a third party. Citizens of other countries, please check passport, visa and any other entry requirements with your own country’s embassy. In doing so, OTG assumes that there are no peculiarities in the customer itself and potential fellow travellers (e.g. dual citizenship, statelessness). The customer is responsible for obtaining and entrainment of required documents, potential mandatory vaccination as well as compliance to customs and exchange control regulations. Inconveniences that might accrue from non-compliance of these regulations e.g. payment of cancellation fees are for your account. OTG is not liable for changes in political circumstances or entry regulations, making an entry to the country or destination difficult or impossible. In the event that it is necessary to make changes we will always try to advise you in advance, but this cannot be guaranteed. You are asked to complete the questionnaire provided by the Organiser/carrier in order to confirm compliance with the Organiser/carriers’ requirements. In such a case, conditions may be imposed for travel by the passenger in question and the reservation may be revoked or refused by OTG or The Cruise Ship Management if in their judgement the passenger is in physical or mental conditions which render him unfit for cruise travel. The reservation may also be revoked or refused if the passenger requires care beyond what can be provided by OTG or The Cruise Ship Management. As specified, on respective programmes some cruises are escorted by an English speaking representative whose job is to assist during the cruise and land arrangements. The representative is under no circumstance responsible to carry out work (unless for emergency) over and above the official programme and is not obliged to accompany members of the group around shops, flea markets, theme parks or similar.
Claims
Claims and Complaints relating solely and exclusively to shore excursions organised by OTG as clearly indicated in the brochure are to be made in writing to OTG within twenty eight days (28) from arrival back to Malta.
