DAY 14†: Hotel breakfast. > Transfer to the Ollantaytambo rail station, where you’ll board the Vistadome train, that will take you on a tour of the almost perfectly preserved buildings and the mysterious passageways beneath the city > Lunch at the Sanctuary Lodge, Machu Picchu. > Tea time at the Sanctuary Lodge. > Board the world-famous Belmond Hiram Bingham train back to Cuzco. Enjoy welcome aperitifs, dinner, and a selection of wines, as well as live local music, dancing, and Pisco sours. > Arrive at the Belmond Monasterio (Celebrity Xpedition & Celebrity Xploration) or Belmond Palacio Nazarenas (Celebrity Flora), in Cuzco, where you’ll be checked in for the evening.

DAY 15: Breakfast at the hotel. > Scenic tour at the Coricancha, also known as the Temple of the Sun before touring the Sacsayhuamán fortress and the cathedral, a splendid Spanish colonial church, housing about 400 paintings from the Cuzco art school, impressive goldsmith, silversmith, and stone works. > Lunch is served at a gourmet restaurant, with dinner at the Belmond Monasterio Hotel in Cuzco for guests on Celebrity Xpedition and Celebrity Xploration or at the Belmond Palacio Nazarenas for guests on Celebrity Flora.

DAY 16: Breakfast at hotel. > Morning flight back to Lima. > Historic downtown Lima. > Lunch at gourmet restaurant. > Tour Peru’s capital, with 2,000 years of history and colonial wealth, and discover the artistic tradition of the city’s residents. > Saint Francis’ Convent, a masterpiece of colonial architecture, with beautiful courtyards and catacombs > Dinner at the Westin Lima Hotel. > If your flight home leaves in the evening, you’ll be provided a day room to relax until it’s time to be taken to the airport. BOOKING AND PAYING FOR YOUR RESERVATION

BOOKING A CRUISE

Travel agencies can provide valuable advice and services to individuals considering a cruise/Cruisetour. Celebrity encourages you to book your Celebrity cruise/Cruisetour through a travel advisor of your choice who understands your individual needs. Any travel advisor used by you in connection with making arrangements for your Celebrity cruise/Cruisetour, air accommodations, or any related travel, lodging and tours is yours. Celebrity is not responsible for any failure by your travel advisor to remit your deposits or other payments to Celebrity, and you shall remain liable to Celebrity for any portion of the cruise or related fares that Celebrity did not receive. Similarly, Celebrity is not responsible for any failure by your travel agency to remit a refund from Celebrity to you.

MINIMUM AGE: Celebrity’s minimum age to sail unaccompanied on sailings originating in North America is 21. The minimum age to sail unaccompanied on sailings from South America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand is 18. Celebrity retains the right to raise the minimum age to sail unaccompanied on any sailing when local laws require or permit such a modification. The minimum age requirement will be waived for: minor children sailing with their parents or guardians in adjacent staterooms; underage married couples; and active-duty members of the United States or Canadian military. Certain other restrictions may apply, such as proof of marriage or proof of active-duty military status.

DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS/ REFUNDS

A deposit must be made in order to reserve a stateroom and receive a written booking confirmation.

Deposit requirements are the same regardless of the number of stateroom occupants, unless otherwise noted. The minimum deposit amount must be received within seven (7) days or less from booking, depending on time prior to departure. Final payment of the balance must be received by Celebrity: (i) at least 75 days prior to sailing for sailings of 4 nights or less ; (ii) 90 days prior to sailing for sailings of 5 nights or more; and (iii) 120 days prior to sailing for all Galapagos sailings. (The payment schedule for groups is different from that for individuals. Please consult your travel advisor for details.) If you booked your cruise through your travel agency, you may pay us directly via credit card or provide payment to your travel advisor. If you cancel your cruise reservation prior to the sail date, you may be subject to a cancellation charge. The amount of the cancellation charge shall be determined as shown in the table in your Cruise Ticket Contract and will vary depending on how far in advance of the sail date (or first day of the CruiseTour) Celebrity receives notice of cancellation. (Cancellation charges for groups may vary from those for individuals. Please consult your travel advisor for details.) No refunds will be made in the event of a no-show or if you interrupt your cruise. All refunds due will be made to the original form of payment (i.e., to your credit card account if you paid Celebrity using a credit card, or to your travel advisor, if you made payment

to your travel advisor). Celebrity is not responsible for any payments you made to your travel advisor that are not paid to Celebrity, or any refunds that Celebrity has provided to your travel advisor.

Travel advisors may impose their own charges in connection with a cruise. For example, the travel advisor may charge a flat service fee for assistance with your reservations and a value-added charge for additional amenities or services being provided by the travel advisor. In addition, travel advisors may impose their own cancellation fees. Any charges or fees of this nature are a matter strictly between you and your travel advisor.

GUEST CONDUCT

GUEST CONDUCT POLICY

The Guest Conduct Policy (GCP) is a written code of behavior that is expected of all guests sailing on a Celebrity cruise vacation. It is available for review online at celebrity.com and at the Guest Relations Desk. A copy also is placed in each guest stateroom. The GCP is intended to help ensure that all guests are able to participate in a safe and enjoyable cruise experience. Failure to act in accordance with the GCP will result in consequences; up to removal from a ship at the next port-of-call, intervention by law enforcement, and denial of boarding on future cruises.

REFUSAL OF BOOKING REQUEST OR PASSAGE

We are delighted to have provided safe and enjoyable cruises to our guests over the years. To facilitate our ability to continue to provide safe and enjoyable cruises to our guests, we reserve the right to refuse to accept a booking request from an individual or group and reserve the right to cancel an existing reservation. For more details, see our Refusal to Transport Policy and Guest Conduct Policy, both of which are available online at celebrity.com. The Refusal to Transport Policy provides, among other things, that a booking request may be denied, for example, where the guest’s conduct on a prior cruise has resulted in disciplinary measures by Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean International®, Silversea Cruises® or any other affiliated cruise line.

Celebrity is not liable for its refusal to transport any passenger or for its removal of any guest in accordance with these policies. In addition, Celebrity shall not be required to refund any amount paid by any guest who must leave the cruise vacation prematurely pursuant to either policy, nor shall Celebrity be responsible for lodging, meals, return transportation or other expenses incurred by the guest or for any consequential or punitive damages.

Any dispute between a guest and Celebrity in connection with a guest’s cruise booking or cruise shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a court located in Miami, Florida, U.S.A., to the exclusion of the courts of any other state, territory, or country.

PASSAGE TICKET CONTRACT

The transportation of guests and baggage on Celebrity ships is governed by the terms and conditions of your Cruise/Cruisetour Ticket Contract included as part of the cruise documentation. The Cruise/Cruisetour Ticket Contract limits your rights. Among other things, the Cruise/Cruisetour Ticket Contract sets forth limitations on the time frames in which claims may be made and suits may be filed against Celebrity.

It is important that you carefully read all of the terms and conditions of the Cruise Ticket Contract.

NOTE: You will be required to accept the terms of Celebrity’s Cruise Ticket Contract for your primary country of residence as a condition to sailing. Copies of Celebrity’s current Cruise Ticket Contracts are available upon request and are also available online at celebrity.com.

The terms and conditions set forth in this brochure shall also apply. Any and all information contained in this

brochure, including prices and terms and conditions, is subject to change at any time without notice. In the event of any conflict between (on the one hand) the terms and conditions of this brochure, any advertisements or offers related to a Celebrity cruise, or any oral or written representation of any Celebrity representative and (on the other hand) the Cruise Ticket Contract, the terms of the Cruise Ticket Contract shall govern.

NOTE: The transportation of guests and baggage on Celebrity Galapagos vessels is governed by the terms and conditions of a CruiseTicket Contract for guests from your primary country of residence sailing on a Galapagos itinerary.

GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES AND OTHER NEEDS

Celebrity welcomes guests with disabilities and other needs and we will provide reasonable and appropriate assistance. While we do not require information regarding the extent of your disability, the more information you can share with us about your specific needs, the better we are able to assist you. We encourage you to notify us of your needs at the time of booking, however to guarantee availability of specific equipment and services, please provide:

• 60 days advance notice if you need sign language interpreting services to/from U.S./Canada only.

• 30 days advance notice if you need special equipment or services to accommodate your disability.

Guests with disabilities are not required to travel with another person as a condition to traveling on our ships. However, guests should be aware that crewmembers are not required to provide personal assistance (e.g., assisting with eating, dressing, toileting, lifting, etc.), and therefore, guests requiring assistance with these functions should consider these needs when making a booking.

WHEELCHAIRS/ASSISTIVE DEVICES

Celebrity provides wheelchairs for guests during boarding and departing their cruise vacation. During peak times there may be a wait for assistance. Assistive devices including mobility scooters must fit through the stateroom door, and be stored and recharged in guest staterooms so that corridors are kept clear for emergency evacuation.

TENDERING

Occasionally, guests who use wheelchairs and scooters may find it difficult to transfer to and from the tender. Please note weather, sea conditions and other factors may preclude tendering. Safety of our guests and crew is our primary consideration, and the Captain will make the final decision regarding transferring guests and their assistive devices based on safety reasons.

OXYGEN

Guests who need oxygen anytime during the cruise may bring their own oxygen on board or make arrangements with a vendor to deliver enough oxygen on board the ship to last for the duration of the cruise. Please notify Celebrity’s Access Department via email at special_needs@celebrity.com with the type of oxygen and quantity of oxygen coming on board either by the guest or the outside vendor.

PREGNANCY

Celebrity Cruises welcomes guests who are pregnant, but will not accept guests who will enter their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during the cruise vacation. All guests are required to sign a health questionnaire at check-in to ensure they are aware of our pregnancy policy. If you already booked a cruise and do not meet these requirements, please contact your Travel Advisor or call us at 888-283-7275 and request a Resolution Agent.

ONBOARD PHYSICIANS

Each Celebrity ship is equipped with a medical facility with at least one licensed physician and three nurses. Limited medical services and medications are available for a fee. Types of medications kept on board are limited, and guests must bring an adequate supply of any medications they need. Medical facility is not intended or

designed to serve as a clinic for guests and Celebrity is not responsible for the diagnosis, treatment or services furnished by ship’s physicians.

GALAPAGOS

Please note the ability to accommodate guests with disabilities aboard the vessels in the Galapagos Islands is limited. The Galapagos vessels cannot accommodate guests who are full-time wheelchair users. In addition, the land portion of these vacations, including Quito and Galapagos in Ecuador, as well as Lima, Cuzco and Machu Picchu in Peru are not suited to persons who are full-time wheelchair users. A guest on a Celebrity Galapagos vacation must be able to ascend or descend steps into a motor coach, walk and/or climb over uneven ground for extended distances, get on and off tenders on both wet and dry landings, and be able to climb stairs. Galapagos vessels do not offer accessible staterooms. Celebrity is not required to provide personal assistance (e.g., assisting with eating, dressing, toileting, lifting, etc.), and therefore, guests requiring assistance with these functions should consider these needs when making a booking. GALAPAGOS ONBOARD PHYSICIANS

Celebrity Flora and Celebrity Xpedition are equipped with a medical facility. One licensed Physician (licensed under Ecuadorian law) is normally in attendance on board. The medical services and medications kept on board are extremely limited, and guests must bring an adequate supply of any specific medications they need. The medical facility is not intended or designed to serve as a clinic for guests, and the use of those facilities (including any medications obtained there from) will result in a charge to the guest. For Celebrity Xploration sailings, please note the vessel does not have a doctor on board nor a medical facility. We are not responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, or services furnished by shipboard medical personnel, who are independent contractors.

LIABILITY

CELEBRITY’S LIABILITY

Guests release Celebrity from any and all claims for loss or damage to baggage or property, or for personal injuries or death, or for loss from delay, arising out of the acts, omissions or negligence of any independent contractors, such as air carriers, hotels, shore providers, restaurateurs, transportation providers, medical personnel, or other providers of services or facilities. Under no circumstances does Celebrity’s responsibility extend beyond the vessel. All arrangements made for the guest with independent contractors are made solely for the convenience of the guest and are at the guest’s risk. Celebrity disclaims all liability for damages for emotional distress, mental suffering or psychological injury of any kind, under any circumstances, except to the extent such disclaimer is prohibited by 46 U.S.C.§183c.(b).

GUEST LIABILITY

Each guest agrees to indemnify Celebrity for all penalties, fines, charges, losses or expenses incurred or imposed upon Celebrity by virtue of any act, omission or violation of law by the guest. Each guest, or if a minor, his or her parent or guardian, shall be liable to and shall reimburse Celebrity for all damage to the ship and its furnishings and equipment, or any property of the ship, caused by any willful or negligent act or omission on the part of the guest.

SAFETY AND SECURITY

Q: Are there security professionals on board?

A: Yes, Celebrity ships are staffed with a Chief Security Officer and dedicated onboard security team that sails with the ship at all times.

Q: Are cruise destinations safe?

A: Celebrity offers vacations to locations where guests want to travel; and while the safety and security of our ships, guests and crew is very important to us, we recognize that people have differing opinions and thresholds for what they consider safe and secure. Information about the security situation in destinations around the world is publicly available on regularly updated travel security and government websites. Just as for land vacations, this is helpful and important information for guests to consider in preparation for a cruise vacation. We strongly recommend that guests and their travel advisors obtain and consider such information when making travel decisions.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

CELEBRITY CRUISECARE®

We want this to be the best vacation of your life. So to make sure you have nothing to think about except having a good time, we offer the CruiseCare package of benefits:

CruiseCare Cancellation Penalty Waiver Program (non-insurance feature)

If your plans go awry and you cancel your cruise vacation (for eligible reasons), Celebrity Cruises will waive the non-refundable cancellation provision of your Cruise Ticket Contract and pay you the value of the unused portion of your prepaid cruise vacation. Also, should you or your traveling companion need to cancel your cruise for “any other reason,” you may be eligible for Cruise Credits (up to 90% of the non-refundable, prepaid cruise vacation cost).

*Note that the Cancellation Penalty Waiver & the “Any Reason” Cruise Credits are non-insurance features provided by Celebrity Cruises. CruiseCare Travel Insurance Program

CruiseCare provides coverages to help protect you during your covered trip, as follows:

• Trip Interruption —Up to 150% of total trip cost: If you need to rejoin your cruise vacation in progress, or leave early due to illness, injury or other covered reasons, you will be reimbursed for the pro-rated value of the missed cruise.

• Trip Delay—Up to $500: If you miss the departure of your trip due to covered carrier-caused delays or other covered reasons, CruiseCare Travel Insurance reimburses you for additional accommodations, meals and “catch-up” transportation expenses.

• Missed Connection—Up to $300: If you miss the trip departure due to covered carrier-caused delays or other covered reasons, CruiseCare Travel Insurance reimburses for the additional transportation expenses.

• Baggage Protection—If your baggage or personal effects are lost, stolen or damaged, CruiseCare Travel Insurance will cover up to $1,500. If your bags are delayed or misdirected for more than 24 hours, CruiseCare Travel Insurance may reimburse you up to $500 for the purchase of necessary personal items.

• Medical Expenses—Up to $25,000: Should you become injured or ill during your vacation, CruiseCare Travel Insurance will reimburse you for necessary medical expenses for up to one year from the date of your accident or illness. This coverage is especially important, as Medicare and many private insurance policies generally do not cover you outside of the U.S. or Canada, and many HMOs do not cover you outside their provider area.

• Emergency Evacuation—Up to $50,000: In the event that a covered illness or injury requires air or ground transportation to a specialized facility or to return to your place of residence, CruiseCare Travel Insurance provides for covered medical services and supplies (coordinated by our 24-hour assistance provider to help ensure your safe transport).
