Considering the sizable amount of youth in the world who have been fed with the sayings of “Eat well! Stay Healthy!” all through their juvenescent life, there does not seem to be a cut throat explanation as to W HAT staying HEALTHY actually means. Let me try cutting through some throats for this. Theoretically speaking staying healthy can mean 2 things, one that refers to physical health while one that relates to calmness in the mind. Let me deal with both. Physical health can have 2 aspects as well, one based on what you consume, that is what you eat while the other based on what you perform, say the fact of being a sportsman or a guy who hits the gym regularly or a girl who is active enough to take up some co- curricular activities like dancing: so on and so forth. But putting in drops of water, the mighty ocean seems somewhat like this- It is imperative for you to be conscious of your physical health. Have a complete health checkup quarterly; ensure you have a stable BMI (Body Mass Index) and be active enough always, do not droop out. Correct yourself if there are any fallacies. I can go on telling about the anatomy and the vitamin stuff, proteins et cetera. But let us keep things simple – – – >Physical health defines what comes in and what goes out, but both need not follow some important theories like the “Law of Conservation”. Conditions apply though.

There are a lot of factors that are pivotal in keeping the mind fresh, some obliging to meditation and other centers where the control of the mind is bolstered. Another really important factor is the way you handle things, take things in their lightest sense but be aware of their importance, perhaps things can be achieved quite easily. Finally comes the factor of sleep, sleep well – some say 8 hours while their counterparts have 5 hours as the time frame. Putting it simply, 7 should be fine (near the average). Sleeplessness does lead to a lot of “lack of logic” thinking that does not keep you in good stead. Summing it up, stay HAPPY. It helps you lot, perhaps happiness is the king of emotions and emotions are important to your health. Just modifying R.L.Stevenson’s quote, “The Body is so full of a number of things, I am sure we should all be as happy as kings.” (Body = World in the actual quote)
