Our LC achieved some amazing things in past period, and I am really proud that we all shared that sweet joy of success and achievement. We provided more than 40 leadership opportunities, but what we want to do is to make this leadership development go viral and make it accessible for every student in our campus, for every organization and every company out there. Contribution: Sending people on a GIP internship will reduce youth unemployment and spark entrepreneurship within young people in the region. It is the third week of January. You are working on raising schools for off peak and you’ve only managed to raise 4 TNs so far and the goal is 24. You have a lot of leads, the schools are interested in general, but they are stalling with the promotion and making the decision. In a couple of schools less than 10 students returned the survey. The process is prolonged even further by the Parent council who is supposed to issue that permit is being waited for weeks to assemble. It is exam period at the faculties so the productivity of your members are not at a high level. Your term ends in one month.
1) What are your strategies and activities for working with schools? Make a plan with concrete steps. 2) How will you increase your team productivity and make sure that you reach your goals without missing the deadlines? 3) Which are your key activities for speeding up the process of raising? 4) Which messages and channels are you going to use to attract more students to the workshops?

You have a lot of institutions that are interested but don’t have enough money to sustain the realizations. When it comes to raising for International Kindergarten, we had a lot of troubles with approaching them because we are targeting wrong kindergartens that cannot afford to have interns in their facilities. On top of it all, it is exam period at the faculties and the productivity of your team members is not really high.
1. How will you make sure that your Social Care realizations are sustainable? Provide at least three ways to achieve this. Which are your key synergies for achieving this? What is your role in each of these ways. 2. How will you increase the productivity of your members and make sure that you achieve your goals with respecting the deadlines? 3. Make an analysis of the market for kindergartens and propose strategies for approaching them and speeding up the process of raising.

It is the second week of January. You already have 20 interns here and 20 more are coming this and the following week. The ones that are here are complaining because they haven’t started their work yet and it is been more than 10 days that they are here. The reason for this is that we have to do promotions in schools once again because the number of delegates has decreased significantly (people gave up). At the same time, interns from one of our houses are complaining about accommodation, that they are traveling too much from their house to their work place and that there are too many of them living at the same place. AIESEC hasn’t really provided support for them, because it is exam period and the productivity of your members is not really high. This means that weekly coachings, team meetings, working times and reception plans haven’t been held regularly. Don’t forget that 20 more people are supposed to arrive in the next period and that we need to provide airport pickup, report them to the police and take them to their work on the first week.

You have previously worked on establishing LC2LC cooperation but the partner LCs are still in the process of raising and above all they are not replying their e-mails. Currently there are 30 interns that need to have IPS and EP minimums fulfilled, however, the teams are occupied with their exams so they are not fulfilling their obligations. They are not integrated in the LC, aren’t coming to LCMs and on the other hand the members of the LC are not coming to reception activities.
Propose strategies and activities that will lead to: 1. 40 TNs matched in a month 2. IPS is held and EP minimums are fully implemented 3. The problems with the realizations are solved in a way that all stakeholders are satisfied

It is the third week of January. You and your team of 4 members have been working on raising for the past month with little success. You’ve raised 4 TNs but your plan is to have 16 and you realise that the problem was that you didn’t target the right companies. You have a couple of leads, but the companies are stalling with making the decision. There is only one month left for raising. At the same time it is exam period at the faculties so the productivity of your members is not high. The two companies where you managed to raise TNs are asking you when they will get their interns but you are not sure when the iGIP team will be able to match them since the communication between your two teams is not going so well.
1. Propose activities that will enable you to fulfill the plan for raising. Which is the right profile for raising Global Entrepreneurs and how will you define it? 2. How will you improve the synergy with iGIP team and communicate properly the situation to the company? 3. How will you convert the existing leads into customers? Your part of this puzzle is to create two long term partnerships and provide more exchanges. Situation in your LC is the following: iGCDP raising for EYF, raising for GE, oGIP raising, matching for GT and raising for GE, oGCDP raising.
1. Define the profile of the companies that are our target for iGCDP and oGIP. Create a strategy for building partnerships and define KPIs. 2. Raising for iGCDP is not doing so good. How you will help the situation? You have 3 weeks, define 2 priorities. 3. You are organizing an Open Day in October for a very important corporate partner who wants to give a scholarship for 5 EPs (GE). How you will get enough people attending the Open Day? Who are your stakeholders and what are your activities towards them? 4. Propose activities for positioning AIESEC organization towards the corporate sector.

Partner LCs for your suproduct are in Tunisia, India, Romania and Russia. Currently, in all 4 LCs there are internships for which your EPs are matchable and the deadline for applications and matching is in 23 days. On the other hand, it is exam period at the faculties, so your team members are not working as much and two of them are on the break of leaving.

At the same time, winter realizations for iGCDP started and they need to have IPS and EP minimums implemented. Since it is exam period, the productivity of our teams is decreasing, which is especially problematic when it comes to Value delivery teams that can’t afford to stop working now.
