On-going Education

For us, it is very important that our team have education readily available, and we are very fortunate to work with incredible brands who provide continuous workshops and seminars on new products, trends and techniques. We also hold in-salon education sessions for our teams on the days that our salon is closed or we close the salon for half a day in order to bring the team up to date with education focussed on specific areas.

Career Opportunities

We work with each individual to create a bespoke career plan. We hold regular one-to-one meetings to ensure the individual is on track to meet their goals and offer extra support and education in areas where they feel they require it.

This is our 26th year as part of a friendly and busy local community. The foundation of our business is our team. We appreciate that without the unity and strength of a strong team our business would not be sustainable.

On-going Education

We offer weekly training for our apprenticeship and graduate team. As careers progress, we offer bespoke education alongside team education events. We have regular events with Wella in the salon and participate in courses at the Wella studios.
