Why did I choose SNHU?

Southern Hampshire University has a rich history of change and innovation. I was originally drawn to the institution as an opportunity to share my experience as an organization development practitioner within our campus MBA programs. After many years of teaching as an adjunct, I made a career decision to transition into a full-time faculty position which was a perfect match for my professional vision.

What has been your favorite class to teach?

I love teaching the capstone, undergraduate course in business strategy. This allows me the opportunity to work with students in integrating all they have learned at Southern New Hampshire University from a “systems” perspective. We live in a VUCA world, and the course demonstrates the interdependencies between organizations required to succeedinanever-changingworld.
