Prepare 78 scale drawings for plan development using computeraided design software. Worked closely with Architect Associate to design commercial and residential structures. Apply standard architectural techniques and procedures to design. Prepare and revise documentation in various architectural phases. ATHENA-THE MASTER STUDIO The basic concept of the structure is to bifurcate the public, semi public and private spaces vertically so the privacy of the studios is not forcefully disturbed.
01 INCREMENTORY HOUSING This site is a land belonging to municipal Corporation. There are residential buildings built with no permission with ongoing human activities. It is well known because of its proximity to the Khairne pond and Thane-Belapur Road going parallel beside the site.

Juhugaon is an encroached landmass area which belongs to NMMC. This site consists of a Fringe multi-story residential building with ongoing human activities. It is well known because of its proximity to the GaonDevi Mandir and nearby Government amenities.

This site is situated in Nerul sector 01, which belongs to the Municipality of Navi Mumbai. There are Squattered apartments spread along with the site and have human settlements with ongoing activities on a small scale. It is well known because of its proximity to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and Railway Station.

INTRODUCTION The thesis begins by setting out the criteria for the selection of zone for study. Navi Mumbai’s localities are shortlisted and analyzed to select the best option for site study and design intervention. These Three sites consist of a major fringe multistory residential building with ongoing human activities. They have their nearby proximity based on road and railway networks. Vashi has been selected for design as it is the oldest node of Navi Mumbai. It is divided into different sub-nodes and sectors. The site is located in sector 11, a vast landmass area covering approximately 1,50,000 sqm Juhugaon is a village of hard-working Agari commu¬nity. it is well connected via road and railways of Navi Mumbai and NMMT Bus Routes as well as BEST Bus Routes.
E V O L U T I O N O F F O R M S The proposed site area is 12,264sq. mt approximately. The building is massed with a different program and connected to provide circulation. Slopping and step down are provided to open view and wind circulation. Geometric distortion releasing elements that capture light and generate terracing.

Project is all about Unauthorized housing development which is related to the problems faced by the dwellers living in unauthorized apartments So to redevelop these illegally build societies I came up with the solution of incremental housing. incremental housing supports the gradual process of construction, extension, and upgrading of dwellings that is undertaken by many families. The units could add from one block to another depending on the demand. The floor plate consists of these 5 flats such as 1RK,1BHK & 2BHK modules and 2 staircase modules for vertical moving between different levels. These modules are arranged in floor plate which are shown in color code format.
F L O O R P L A N S So, the Structure is designed with stepdown to provide an open view and wind circulation. the vehicular and pedestrian axis is located in the North-west and South-East direction of the structure which divides the building into two blocks. The podium is located in the central part of the structure which creates a relation between structure and streetscape.

It is inspired by the digital concept of pixels. While a pixel is the smallest independent sample of an image with its own RGB or CMYK color information, it is the combination of numerous pixels what results in any given digital image. The main pixel used in the podium is a perfect square of 5 x 5 m, as the minimum space to host functions suitable for a group of people, while as we get closer to the borders, smaller pixels of 2.5 x 2.5 m. and 1.25 x 1.25 m. are introduced as a modular approach to solve the accesses, the pedestrian circulation and the landscape in the border. Every pixel is a component with a different function on it. Thus, the functional pixels are positioned in different combinations in order to generate a hyper-stimulating hardscape of leisure activities.

It is to illustrate lifelike experiences of how a space or building will look like before they have been built. It is the art of creating three-dimensional images or animations showing the attributes of a proposed architectural design.

02 CORTEX MALL
INTRODUCTION The ulwe node of Navi Mumbai has already become a key investment in the real estate industry because it falls in the close proximity of the proposed Navi Mumbai airport. the abundant growth of urban residential sector of this node calls out for other urban infrastructure reforms in the area. The design brief of this urban entertainment and commercial hub is a result of an extensive urban planning study done parallelly by the whole class. the study concluded with finding possible solutions to uplift the urban infrastructure of the ulwe and need of an urban entertainment and commercial hub in the city was needed to cater the future development of the node. the site selected for the proposed design is also shortlisted by adhering to all the aspects done in the urban planning study.

The main public entry to the mall is from north west and the vehicular entry is from the back of the mall which is from the south east. A separate entry is dedicated for the pupils from office which is from north. The plinth of the mall is 1.2 m high, hence along with the steps, ramps are provided for universal accessibility.The recreational space in the center consists of amphitheatre a stage where outdoor events can be held on weekend or on special occasion. The building on the south west and the recreational area besides it both form a part of exhibition spaces and art gallery. A dedicated entrance and exit is provided to these spaces for smooth transition of people and materials. A minimum of 9 m wide road runs along the perimeter of the site for easy accessibility for emergency services.

03 OFFICE BUILDING
INTRODUCTION The office building is situated in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. It was a competition organized by Dialogues India to make a 3d model out of given cad file from any computer-aided design software and give a photorealistic look to that 3d model.The drawings were provided by the wellknown firm Sanjay Puri Architect.

04 THE TINY ESCAPE
INTRODUCTION The design brief of the competition suggests to design a space where you can see yourself when you are bored of your own residence or workplace. The tiny escape is a laid-back forest cabin hiding at the base of the hills. It is amalgamation of the things I like and the things I need. this 3.5mx7m cabin has an indoor ground space, a loft and an outdoor deck. The basic idea for the cabin was to make it camouflage it with the surroundings. Hence the structure is entirely made out of locally sourced CLT and the interior also has the earth and metal palatte to it. To sum up, this is my escape from the running clock. Escape from the entangled routine. Escape from the social validation and its toxic mentality. A home to reform myself.

05 META-X TOWER
INTRODUCTION The design concept of the meta x is to form a singular fluid entity that engulfs the metro junction, the vehicular road and the tower itself. The design and aesthetics create a new landmark to the skyline of Mumbai. Parametric measures are taken to achieve certain fluidity to the structure which looks like a single entity. Meta X is a mixed used urban development which has a metro junction below and then as we move up it has the parking lots, Office spaces and luxury hospitality spaces in chronological order.

06 ATHENA-THE MASTER STUDIO
INTRODUCTION Project Athena tries to combine these two things to create a holistic approach towards a new type of infrastructure model that stands as a link for the educational and the professional world. the community of architecture has always been more about sharing and criticizing the ideas and de-signs and make way for a near perfect end result. The Athena aims to bring all the design enthusiasts together and create a coworking environment where all the architecture students and the architects has a chance of interdependence and a new approach towards design thinking.
