Store Render

A versatile floor plan, high ceilings and polished red, white and black color scheme dominate the design. The customer is able to see through the entirety of the store, easily locating their desired product. This also allows the customer to progress towards the rear of the store, distinguishable by the bright white material application. While maintaining fixed shelving on the outside circulation, central moveable product displays can easily be positioned into multiple configurations for specific seasons or events. By varying displays, product is in constant rotation and allows for the merchandise to be shown in compelling ways.

Office Perspective Render

This upbeat and vibrant office design caters toward a free flowing creative and innovative environment. With the ever changing demands of work-space, this design offers easy accessibility, collaboration and focus areas. Workstations are designed with an open concept while more private working areas are able to be closed off. Painting by Marion Bolognesi

By being current on how offices function through mobility and technology, this office design is helping shape the next generations working culture and society. On a rotation throughout the year, local artists display their collections of work within the office. By supporting our local art culture, the office environment is able to remain connected amongst its community.

The unidirectional procession within the store frames a glimpse into each zone, slightly revealing what is beyond. A gallery layout helps direct one through the space, suggesting that there is more to be seen. This idea of having a controlled reveal helps drive a continuity within the space. Through the use of grand details and modern glamour, the division of space from men and women, each evoke a diverse feeling within the space. A light and poetic material palette encompass the womens area which differs drastically from the mens darker, rich and romantic side of the store. The lounge bridges the two contrasting zones with a universal and neutral feel.

pardon my French is a play on words, relating to common word mispronunciations of the French language and paying tribute to all that is French design. The restaurant tastefully incorporates multiple French styles while maintaining a cohesive and complimentary look. Natural woods, traditional fabrics, chandeliers, close knit seating arrangements and an elegant color palette enhance the dining experience, while providing a comfortable setting as a traditional French culinary meal awaits.

A progressive and futuristic design approach integrates modular and permanent fixtures while drawing the eye from the floor to the ceiling. While curved edges and a high gloss material applications provide the perfect backdrop for recessed linear lighting, emphasizing the important design elements. Also, physical and digital views of the city become a focal point to the treatment rooms, providing a calming effect.

Designed Chair

Inspirational Chair

The LCW chair by Ray and Charles Eames inspired my design for the Sheldon sculpture garden through ergonomics and honest construction. If installed, the designed chair would be displayed in the southeast corner of the sculpture garden, fixed into the wall and floor of the stair landing. This location provides a view overlooking the entrance of the Sheldon Art Museum, the water features and the sculptures. The idea of layers and transparency are applied to the design of the pedestal, echoing the reflection of the natural surroundings from the Sheldon’s glass façade. The physical model shown is a miniature version of the intended design.

Oil On Canvas

Being able to capture moments in time and preserve them for everyone else to see, brings me great pride. The photographs on the left page are from my study abroad trip to Europe. The architecture was beyond words, therefore my description of the trip was shown through still images. The paintings were produced during my courses seeking my art minor. The skill of mixing and making every pigment gave me better appreciated for the use of color in the design world.
