‫اﻟﺠﺎﻣﻌﺔ اﻟﻌﱪﻳﺔ وﺗﻘﺎﻃﻊ اﻻﺳﺘﻌ�ر اﻻﺳﺘﻴﻄﺎ� واﻟﺠﻨﺪر‬ ‫ﻳﺎرا ﺳﻌﺪي*‬ ‫ﻗﺎﻣﺖ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻄﻼب اﻹﴎاﺋﻴﻠﻴ� ﻋﲆ ﻣﺪار اﻟﺴﻨﺔ اﻟﺪراﺳﻴﺔ‪ ،‬ﰲ اﻟﺠﺎﻣﻌﺔ اﻟﻌﱪﻳﺔ‪ ،‬ﺑﺤﻤﻠﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﻨﺪﻳﺪ ﻤﺑﺎ ﻳﻮاﺟﻪ اﻟﻄﻼب‬ ‫اﻻﴎاﺋﻴﻠﻴﻮن ﰲ ﺟﺒﻞ اﳌﺸﺎرف ﻣﻦ "ﻋﻨﻒ وﻣﺨﺎﻃﺮ"‪" :‬اﻟﺘﺤ ّﺮﺷﺎت اﻟﺠﻨﺴﻴّﺔ وإﻟﻘﺎء اﻟﺤﺠﺎرة ﻋﲆ اﻟﺴﻴّﺎرات واﻟﺒﺎﺻﺎت" ﻣﻦ‬ ‫اﺗﺠﺎه اﻟﻌﻴﺴﺎوﻳّﺔ‪ .‬وﻳﻘﻊ ﻫﺬا "اﻻﺣﺘﺠﺎج" ﺿﻤﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮﻣﺔ ﻣﺘﻨﻮﻋﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻨﺸﺎﻃﺎت اﻹﻋﻼﻣﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﻘﻮم ﺑﻬﺎ اﻟﻄﻼب‬ ‫اﻹﴎاﺋﻴﻠﻴﻮن ﺧﻼل اﻷﻋﻮام اﻷﺧ�ة‪ ،‬واﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺸﻤﻞ ﻣﻈﺎﻫﺮات‪ ،‬ودورات دﻓﺎع ﻋﻦ اﻟﻨﻔﺲ ﻟﻠﻄﺎﻟﺒﺎت‪ ،‬وﺟﻮﻻت ﺣﺮاﺳﺔ ﻟﻴﻠﻴّﺔ ﰲ‬ ‫اﻟﺤﺎرة‪ ،‬وﻟﻘﺎءات ﻣﻜﺜّﻔﺔ ﻣﻊ اﻟﴩﻃﺔ وﺷﺨﺼﻴﺎت وﻧﻮاب ﻣﻦ اﻟﻜﻨﻴﺴﺖ‪ .‬وذﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل ‪ -‬ﺗﺸﻜﻴﻞ اﻟﻜﺘﻞ اﻟﻄﻼﺑﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﺷﺎﻣﻼ ﺿﺪ ﻫﺬه "اﻟﻈﻮاﻫﺮ"‪ ،‬وﻧﴩ إﻋﻼﻧﺎت ﺣﻮل اﻟﻨﺸﺎﻃﺎت ﰲ ﺻﻔﺤﺎت ﻓﻴﺴﺒﻮﻛ ّﻴﺔ ﺗﺤﺖ‬ ‫اﻟﺼﻬﻴﻮﻧﻴّﺔ ﰲ اﻟﺠﺎﻣﻌﺔ اﺋﺘﻼﻓًﺎ ً‬ ‫اﻟﻌﻨﺎوﻳﻦ‪" :‬ﻻ أﻣﺎن ﻻ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻢ"؛‪" 1‬اﻟﻜﺘﻞ اﻟﻄﻼﺑ ّﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ أﺟﻞ اﻟﺘﻠّﺔ )اﻟﻔﺮﻧﺴ ّﻴﺔ("؛‪" 2‬ﻣﺤﺎﻓﻈﺔ ﻳﺎ أﺧﺘﺎه" )שומרת אחותי(‬ ‫)ﺻﻔﺤﺔ ﻟﺪورة ﻟﻠﻄﺎﻟﺒﺎت ﻟﺘﻌﻠﻢ اﻟﺪﻓﺎع ﻋﻦ اﻟﻨﻔﺲ(‪.‬‬ ‫ﺗﻮﺣﻲ اﳌﺼﻄﻠﺤﺎت واﻷﻓﻜﺎر اﻟﺒﺎرزة ﰲ ﻋﻨﺎوﻳﻦ اﻟﺤﻤﻠﺔ ﻟﻠﻮﻫﻠﺔ اﻷوﱃ ﻤﺑﻔﺎﻫﻴﻢ "اﻷﻣﺎن" َو "ﺣﻖ اﻟﻄﺎﻟﺒﺎت ﺑﺎﳌﺸﺎرﻛﺔ ﰲ‬ ‫اﻟﺤ ّﻴﺰ اﻟﻌﺎ ّم" َو "اﻟﺘﻄ ّﻮع ﻣﻦ أﺟﻞ اﻟﺤﺎرة"‪ .‬ﺗﺘﻮاﺻﻞ ﻫﺬه اﳌﺼﻄﻠﺤﺎت ﻣﻊ ا ّدﻋﺎءات ﻟﻴﻔﱪ ‪ 3‬ﺣﻮل "اﻟﺤﻖ ﰲ اﳌﺪﻳﻨﺔ"‪ ،‬ﺣﻖ‬ ‫"اﳌﻘﻴﻤ�" ﰲ اﳌﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﺨﺪام اﻟﺤ ّﻴﺰ اﻟﻌﺎ ّم واﳌﺸﺎرﻛﺔ ﰲ اﺗﺨﺎذ اﻟﻘﺮارات اﳌﺘﻌﻠّﻘﺔ ﺑﻪ‪ ،‬وﻫﻮ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺨﻠﻖ ﺷﻌﻮ ًرا ﺑﺎﻻﻧﺘ�ء إﱃ‬ ‫اﳌﻜﺎن‪ .‬ﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﺗﻨﺪرج ﻫﺬه اﳌﺼﻄﻠﺤﺎت وا ّدﻋﺎءات ﻓﻨﺴﱰ ‪ 4‬ﰲ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻬﺎ "اﻟﺤﻖ ﰲ اﳌﺪﻳﻨﺔ واﻟﺤﻴﺎة اﻟﻴﻮﻣ ّﻴﺔ اﳌﺠﻨﺪرة" أن ﻫﻨﺎك‬ ‫ﺗﺒﺎﻳﻨًﺎ ﰲ إﻣﻜﺎﻧ ّﻴﺔ اﺳﺘﺨﺪام واﳌﺸﺎرﻛﺔ ﰲ اﻟﺤ ّﻴﺰ اﻟﻌﺎ ّم ﺑ� اﻟﺠﻨﺪ َرﻳْﻦ ﰲ ﻧﻔﺲ اﳌﺠﺘﻤﻊ‪ ،‬ﺣﻴﺚ ﺗﺸﻌﺮ اﻟﻨﺴﺎء ﺑﺎﻧﻌﺪام اﻷﻣﺎن‬ ‫ﺑﺴﺒﺐ اﻹﻗﺼﺎء اﳌﺠﻨ َﺪر وﺑﺴﺒﺐ ﺧﻀﻮع ﻫﺬا اﻟﺤ ّﻴﺰ ﻟﻠﺴﻴﻄﺮة اﻟﺒﻄﺮﻳﺮﻛ ّﻴﺔ‪ .‬ﻟﻜﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﺨﻮض ﰲ ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻣﻔﺎﻫﻴﻢ اﻟﺤﻖ ﰲ‬ ‫اﳌﺪﻳﻨﺔ‪ ،‬ﻻ ﺑ ّﺪ ﻣﻦ ﻃﺮح ﺗﺴﺎؤﻻت ﺣﻮل اﳌﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﻛﺤ ّﻴﺰ‪ ،‬وﺣﻮل ﺗﻄ ّﻮر ُﻫﻮﻳّﺘﻬﺎ وﺳﻴﺎﻗﻬﺎ‪ .‬ﰲ ﻛﺘﺎﺑﻪ ﺣﻮل "اﻟﺤ ّﻴﺰ ﻛﻤﻨﺘﻮج‬ ‫ﻣﻨﻌﺰﻻ ﻋﻦ ﺳﻴﺎﻗﻪ اﻻﺟﺘ�ﻋﻲ‪ ،‬ﻻ ﺑﻞ ﻫﻮ ﻤﺑﺜﺎﺑﺔ ﻣﻨﺘﻮج ﳌﺠﻤﻞ اﻟﻘﻮى‬ ‫ً‬ ‫اﺟﺘ�ﻋﻲ"‪ ،‬ﻳ ّﺪﻋﻲ ﻟﻴﻔﱪ‪ 5‬أن ﺗﻄﻮر اﻟﺤ ّﻴﺰ ﻟﻴﺲ‬ ‫اﻟﺴﻴﺎﺳ ّﻴﺔ واﻻﺟﺘ�ﻋ ّﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺤﺎول اﻟﺴﻴﻄﺮة ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻋﲆ ﻧﺤ ٍﻮ ﻣﺴﺘﻤﺮ‪ .‬ﰲ ﻫﺬا اﻟﺴﻴﺎق‪ ،‬وإﺿﺎﻓﺔ إﱃ اﻟﺘﺴﺎؤﻻت ﺣﻮل اﻟﺤ ّﻴﺰ‬ ‫‪ 1‬ﺻﻔﺤﺔ ﻻ أﻣﺎن ﻻ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻢ ﰲ ﻣﻮﻗﻊ اﻟﻔﻴﺴﺒﻮك‬ ‫‪2‬‬
