I am super excited to begin getting out again and socializing in person. How can I politely ask someone if he/she is vaccinated?

My advice is to first, reflect on why you would want to ask that question. Is it that you are still worried about catching the virus? Or, is it that you are just curious? If you are just curious, it is probably better not to ask. But, if you are genuinely concerned about safety issues, it is ok to ask if someone is vaccinated if you plan to interact with them.

I am pretty proud of being fully vaccinated. Is it rude to post a vaccine selfie on social media?

I believe that if posting your vaccine selfie on social media is

intended to encourage others to get vaccinated, it is not rude.

However, if you are trying to show off or shame those who decide

against getting vaccinated, I believe that would be rude, and I

would recommend you refrain from doing it.

How can I reconnect with a friend I haven’t talked to since before the pandemic? I need help getting back out there.

I think we all feel that way a bit. The best way to get back out there is to begin the conversation with those who you miss interacting with. Be honest and truthful. Let people know that you have missed visiting with them and that you would like to schedule a get-together soon.
