How can I reconnect with a friend I haven’t talked to since before the pandemic? I need help getting back out there. I think we all feel that way a bit. The best way to get back out there is to begin the conversation with those who you miss interacting with. Be honest and truthful. Let people know that you have missed visiting with them and that you would like to schedule a get-together soon.
