LATINA LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE RGV HISPANIC CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

The RGV Hispanic Chamber’s Women’s Issues committee hosted their 7th annual Latina Leadership Conference on September 22nd and was again presented by Walmart. This year’s conference theme was #Adaptagility 2021! Due to the Covid situation, the committee agreed again to go virtual with a conference via Zoom.

This conference focused on: ways to build your personal brand and your bottom line; transforming through leadership; communication is key; adaptability and resilience; and recruiting, hiring & retaining employees. Experts on each of these fields were in attendance to give their expert advice and guidance. Those that were attending via Zoom also got the opportunity to enter questions or comments under the Chat Box and have their questions addressed.
