The inaugural Rio Grande Habitat for Humanity Clay Shoot fundraiser was held on the evening of Friday, June 16, 2023, at El Dorado Sporting Clays in Edinburg, Texas. A terrific turnout of three-man teams attended, complimented by an array of delicious food and icy beverages that satiated everyone’s thirst. The event’s success was largely attributed to the support from their event sponsors, community partners, participants, and volunteers. With their collective help, Rio Grande Habitat for Humanity secured essential funding to advance its mission: to unite people in building homes and fostering community spirit while providing hope to families in the Rio Grande Valley who desperately need a safe, decent, and affordable home of their own.
