She added extra magic at every turn for our special day. By involving us in each planning phase she could capture our wishes and expand on them in ways we couldn't have imagined ourselves.
She knows Umbria intimately, from personal relationships with all the vendors to what farmer to talk to so we could have freshly cut olive branches to decorate and leaves to use as confetti. She immerses herself into the work and ensures as a personal mission that no detail is overlooked.
From big-picture planning, logistics, and support to the little details - she will make sure everything is perfect. When inevitable problems occurred Sofia remained focused on delivering solutions. For example, when our second venue was unexpectedly closed for renovations, she arranged for three more options (but only after visiting them personally to ensure they were up to her standard).
What resulted was something out of a fairy tale.
Never in my life did expect such a beautiful day, and can give all credit to Sofia. Her ability to organize allowed us to be immersed in the day's events, beings secure in the knowledge that everything would unfold perfectly. We were not always the easiest to work with, and she managed us with patience and guided us so we always ended up with the right result.
Simply put, Sofia's knowledge of Umbria is unparalleled and combined with her artistic vision and passion, anything she touches will turn to magic.
