Being a very compressed space, on the upper floor the corridors had little sunlight, and not very good cross ventilation, the spaces were small, due to the location of the exit volume, it was prone to capturing the strongest hours of sun of the day.

Inner patios and gardens

We managed to make the most of the space by being able to have patios and interior gardens where it helps to have cross ventilation and natural lighting, we still have a garden, and larger spaces, the volumetry helps to protect certain areas from the sun, the overhangs protect from the sun.

We managed to take advantage of garden space by compressing circulations to the maxi mum, we integrated an internal cube of light to have better natural light and help with cross ventilation, volumes are created that allow to protect a little from the wind and solar radia
