A collection of images from a project that started about ten months ago. The project explores the subjects of "Sexuality", "Depression", and "Loneliness". For me, all three subjects are interconnected and we have all had to deal with these subjects at different points in our lives. I also believe there is a connection between them, as each can lead to the other.
The idea was to use the rainbow fabric which is very symbolic to create images that represent each of these three subjects. The fabric acting as protective shield or veil over the subject. The subjects are struggling to either stay in, or try to escape from the burden of loneliness, depression or sexuality.
I have intentionally not titled each piece because I want the viewer to relate to each image and to draw their own conclusions as to what the images represents to them personally.
