With his strong technical and analytical skills, he currently ensures asset performance of over 300+ MWp of distributed & Open Access solar plants across India as well International Paras has been with Fourth Partner Energy for close to 5 5 years His performance management journey started from 0 5MW and reached closer to 300+ MWp During his tenure, he has played a key role in setting up strong service & asset management teams across India He has efficiently managed cleaning and maintenance of assets through vendor contracts He is solely responsible for converting manual billing system into a fullfledged automated system, integrated with Solar Plant Remote Monitoring system. Paras has shown strong commitment by ensuring fulfilment of contractual obligation without compromising business relationship with customers He and his team very effortlessly manage the 300+ MWp portfolio of the company His contribution continues toward in-house development and improvement of state of art solution like Remote monitoring system and newer technologies makes him a great asset to the company Paras has 14+ year of total industry experience and he started his career with Larsen & Toubro at Surat He worked in operation and maintenance as well as project engineering He has previously also worked closely in energy management to improve energy conservation and reduce environmental impact Paras holds bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications from BVM Engineering College

Ali Imran Naqvi is the CEO of Gensol, a company that offers engineering, procurement, and construction services in the solar power sector Naqvi has been associated with Gensol since 2010, and during this period, he has served in various capacities, such as associate consultant, VPMarketing, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and currently as CEO. Naqvi has an MBA in Power Management and his pivotal contribution to the company has been instrumental in propelling Gensol's transformation from a consulting company to a formidable EPC powerhouse Under his leadership, Gensol has achieved remarkable growth, with an advisory and Turnkey solar EPC portfolio of 33,000 MW+ & 590+ MW, respectively Some of the notable achievements of Naqvi are: listing of Gensol on BSE Exchange and NSE Exchange, pumping 145% revenue growth over the last 2 years, building a current order book of over 1070 cr during the last one year, catalysing Gensol to grow into a trust-worth EPC brand, bagging challenging EPC projects from notable PSU clients, building a new EPC team in Gurugram that will operate in parallel with the current HQ team in Ahmedabad Naqvi has overcome several challenges to keep Gensol afloat in an industry characterised by hair-thin margins and cut-throat competition, and he has been able to create a meritocratic and deeply-human culture through his highly effective interpersonal skills
