Rakesh is a seasoned finance professional with over 16 years of experience across diverse domains of finance, accounts, strategy, taxation, and structuring in the renewable energy industry He is currently serving as the Head of IPP Strategy, Finance & Asset Management at Mahindra Susten Private Limited for the past 9 years Rakesh has been instrumental in creating a most bankable IPP portfolio of 1 65+ GWp of Solar Assets, establishing Mahindra as a leading Solar IPP player He has successfully led and executed projects through the entire development cycle and secured long-term financing of over ₹4200 crores from Indian and overseas lenders. Rakesh has also made significant strategic divestments of selected IPP projects at a deal value of ₹8000 crores and secured two MNCs in India as JV partners in the solar portfolio for the group With his extensive solar industry experience of 10 years, Rakesh envisions a future where solar energy becomes the most important source of electricity production, positively impacting the environment and climate change

Saurabh is a technocrat and renewable energy enthusiast with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a master’s degree in Power Management Over the career span of 15+ years, he has cultivated versatile skills set related to business development, regulatory, land acquisition, project financing and M&A He has facilitated 1 7+ GW of renewable energy projects including solar, wind & solar thermal from concept to commissioning with overall responsibilities of delivering targeted returns across multiple geographies and under various business models ranging for utility scale projects to open access based projects. He has successfully handled diverse responsibilities from business development to asset management and divestments Saurabh has previously worked with organizations like Reliance ADA Group, Electrotherm and held various leadership positions Currently, he is spearheading Business Development and Regulatory Affairs vertical of Mahindra Susten, one of the leading Renewable Energy IPP Players He is responsible for securing 7 0+ GW of renewable energy portfolio of solar, hybrid, storage and RTC based projects with sustainable returns. With a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Atul has previously worked with organizations like Sterling & Wilson, Fortum, EKI Energy, Lanco, and Suzlon, where he held various leadership positions He has played a crucial role in developing power plant controllers for multiple suppliers in India and has led the commissioning of the world's largest solar power plant - Noor Abu Dhabi Solar Power Plant (1177 MWp) Atul is a Fellow Member of The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers and a Chartered Engineer (by IEI) Atul is also known for his contribution in designing and commissioning Central Monitoring Systems and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems for various service providers and organizations specialized for Solar Power Plants His vision for the solar industry is to deliver the most sustainable and reliable energy to consumers for 24x7 use
