On a fishing trip in Alaska, our founder was wearing a survival suit and the chafing he experienced left him wondering why men’s underwear wasn’t designed for how men are actually built. When he returned, he couldn’t shake the notion that a better design was possible. After months of tireless design and experimentation, he developed our Patented Internal Mesh Panels, our key innovation that’s still the foundation of every pair we make. More technical innovations followed like the Ergonomic Front Pouch, Moisture Wicking Waistband, and the use of technically advanced fabrics.

The revolutionary innovation of SAXX is the patented mesh panels in every pair. This comfort pouch keeps everything in place, preventing unwanted friction and movement to reduce chafe and allow contact-free support.

FLaT LOCK SEaMS

Every pair of SAXX is equipped with an ergonomic design to give you the right amount of room and support. This pouch is engineered with no exposed stitching and no inner seam bulk for added comfort.

Taking into consideration; fit, feel and function, SAXX uses nine panels to construct the perfect underwear. Each panel serves a technical purpose and can be found across each collection.

The entire SAXX collection features flat lock seams. This allows for added stretch, extra durability and zero seam excess. Utilizing this technique ultimately leads to a more comfortable feel.

Through precision blending of spandex with polyester, Modal®, viscose, nylon, merino wool or cotton, each garment is designed to perfectly suit your needs. At SAXX we strive to innovate and redefine the functionality of your most important base layer.

Soft to the touch, Viscose is a natural fiber made from purified wood pulp cellulose.

Moisture wicking, action stretch and breathable, Microfiber Nylon is also ultra fast drying.

Double combed and mercerized making it smoother, softer and more purified.

Moisture wicking, breathable and quick drying polyester is ideal for sport.
