As a powerful form of communication, color is irreplaceable. For our in-house design team, the color palette for our products is usually the first thing that is thought about.

Color is important because it helps us to have better memories. Color helps us store and process images more efficiently than black-andwhite; therefore, we remember colorful images better. Because of color’s connection to our memories, we also naturally connect color to our feelings and emotions.

Color plays a vitally important role in the world in which we live. It can sway thinking, change actions, and cause reactions. Our hope is that the colors knit in everything we design will inspire you to embrace them and help to show off your individuality through style.

GIVE BACK COLLECTION

Giving back is at the core of who we are and what we do. A portion of the proceeds from each pair of socks in this collection will be donated to a corresponding non-profit that specializes in a field we see doing great work in their community.

A portion of all sales from this sock will be donated to the Pollinator Partnership, a nonprofit whose mission is to promote the health of Pollinators, critical to food and ecosystems, through conservation, education, and research.

A portion of the proceeds from this sock will be donated to Ocean Blue Project, a non-profit and 1% for the Planet partner, dedicated to lowering the amount of plastic pollution in our water to keep our oceans and wildlife safer.

PET RESCUE

5% of all sales from these socks will be donated to the Oregon Humane Society, a nonprofit organization that supports adoption, education, and animal rescue programs.

HUMMINGBIRD

A portion of the proceeds from these socks will be donated to the International Hummingbird Society, whose mission focuses on teaching about hummingbirds and working internationally to protect them.

A portion of all sales from these socks will be donated to a non-profit wildlife rescue to help save these precious creatures.

We love recycled yarns.

Textile manufacturing produces 10% of the world’s CO2 and 100 million tons of trash each year. Thus we pride ourselves on using recycled fibers in every product we produce, having a zero-waste policy when it comes to production and making sure those practices cross over to our office life.

We keep things local.

Today, only 3% of apparel consumption is domesticallysourced. Fortunately, that trend is changing, thanks to American-made brands. In addition to making our socks right here in Hickory, North Carolina, we also own our own mill, which is almost unheard of in the sock industry! We knew this was the only way to ensure our products were not only of the highest quality, but also that our products will always be American-made.

Motivated by a vision that our high-quality products should not only look good, but also do good, each item we knit utilizes the most perfectly-curated color palette of recycled yarns and eco-friendly materials. The magic that happens behind the scenes is truly incredible, from the colorful handdesigned styles to the carefully crafted knitting techniques.
