From our humble beginnings in our founder’s spare bedroom to our current B Corp™ certified, eco-conscious, second-generation company, we could not be more proud of our incredible journey. We love recycled yarns. Textile manufacturing produces 10% of the world’s CO2 and 100 million tons of trash each year. Thus we pride ourselves on using recycled fibers in every product we produce, having a zero-waste policy when it comes to production and making sure those practices cross over to our office life.
We keep things local. Today, only 3% of apparel consumption is domesticallysourced. Fortunately, that trend is changing, thanks to American-made brands. In addition to making our socks right here in Hickory, North Carolina, we also own our own mill, which is almost unheard of in the sock industry! We knew this was the only way to ensure our products were not only of the highest quality, but also that our products will always be American-made.

How are our socks made?
Cotton is sourced from fabric waste found all over the world
All across the globe, we’ve seen a rise in ethical consumerism. People are asking more questions about the products that they buy: Where is it made? What is it made
Waste is comprised of production scraps and used clothing
from? It it produced in a sustainable and ethical way? Knowing that fashion and sustainability go hand-in-hand, we understand that every action we take today has an impact on tomorrow. This is why we are committed to using sustainably-sourced, eco-friendly fibers in every product we make, allowing you to embrace your individuality without compromising your earth-friendly principles.
