• Coordinated and facilitated the information exchange with other government entities.

Maintenance and Operation Management:

• Developed a service performance assessment matrix for assessing the outcome of maintenance contractor– approve progressive monthly payment during the defect liability period or warranty and management period.

• While in charge of Sentosa Nature Discovery center, engaged freelance nature guides and developed guided tours for community outreach programs focusing on elderly and primary school children.
