DISCUSSION Participants reported an overall hesitance or unwillingness to transport children in AVs unaccompanied. Women were the most reluctant out of all demographic groups. Parents were significantly more reluctant than non-parents. Socioeconomic factors did not influence willingness to transport children in AVs.
