On the contrary, Apple Ipads are on sale but it is quite costly like the recently unveiled iPad(2018). There is a good news for people who are looking for a budget Android tablet. Alcatel is launching its Alcatel Pop4. It has a keyboard and has very less competition when compared to another Android tablet.

Design :
New designs are very rare today when tablets are taken into account. This has an uncommon rectangular body with a 10.1-inch display and therefore you need two hands to hold it safely. It is made out of plastic and is protected with thick borders on the top and bottom of the screen with stereo speakers. It has a 9-megapixel camera. It supports 4G and has a microSD card slot and maximum memory extendable is 32GB. Like everyone, it also has the USB port, headphone socket, and a microphone. It is quite difficult to take selfies with tablets and there is a5-megapixel selfie shooter on the front side. •
Specifications :
It has a resolution of 1920 x1200 pixels and there is an average viewing angle. The video watching is quite awesome on this tablet with good quality stereo speakers. The brightness does not go down even after longer usages of this device. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor which is also used in other smartphones like Moto G5S and Nokia 6. The internal storage is 16GB and has a RAM of 2 GB. The tablet is also protected with AVG antivirus. Its keyboard is quite excellent with Qwerty Layout and extra buttons. MaxxAudio support is also present in the device which has enhanced the quality. •
Battery :
The phone has a standby time of 4000 hours. It is powered by 5830mAH battery and has a 10W charger to charge it. You can watch two continuous movies even after listening to continuous music before reaching low battery warning. As per some test results after doing lots of multitasking the battery still was about 30 %. If you don't use much of the apps then you need not charge your phone at all. •
Performance :
Although any normal tablet doesn't have good performance, Pop4 is outstanding. Unfortunately, there is no autofocus and there is no flash. It has only three modes of video, photo, and panorama. The photos are generally below average but shots are quite sharp. There are no watercolor effect and chroma noise. The night modes in the camera are not that good and there is no impact even during the dim environment. The camera position in the corner makes you place it awkwardly for framing the shots. •
Pros : Best quality speakers Reasonable quality Bundled keyboard
•
Cons : Battery life needs to be improved Camera performance is poor Android version is outdated No much brightness level is displayed
