• Appointed key point of contact for the UX&D team for Audience Development work. Developed new branded channels and designed YouTube channel artwork for hundreds of existing brands and influencers including: 20th Century Fox, Microsoft, Clean Bandit, Paloma Faith, Jack Jones and British Fashion Council • Led the design of ‘Ripple’, a responsive influencer database product to enable colleagues to find suitable influencers for large brand campaigns • Redesigned the UX and UI of the Watch AFL (Australian Football League) website with the aim of improving the sign-up rate and optimising it for mobile consumption

• Designed solutions and vision demonstrators for Windows 8, W indows Phone and SharePoint • Led user-centred design process within the software and web development lifecyle, producing deliverables such as user personas, scenarios, storyboards, IA, wireframes and visual design • Led the design of a policing proof of concept to help the public report non-urgent crimes • Supported the design and delivery of an 80” interactive touchscreen experience for a high street bank • Designed and delivered vision demonstrators for leading UK Supermarkets to envision future possibilities using the latest Microsoft technology • Collaborated with Guide Dogs UK to envision how future technologies could support the visually impaired to be mobile and independent • Regularly created visual mock-ups to help support Microsoft’s solution proposals • Became an expert in rapid creation of video demonstrators using Photoshop and After Effects, and was regularly called upon by fellow colleagues to support the production of new sales collateral • Travelled to universities and gave talks to promote Microsoft products, internships and graduate jobs • Taught school teachers IT skills
