You pay only a one-time processing fee of $49 South Asian Heart Center covers your advanced laboratory test, and all the services of the AIM to Prevent program, including counseling on Lifestyle MEDS, ongoing heart health coaching, and annual follow-ups Your spouse/partner pays $49 and the insurance OOP cost for the lab test OR, a flat fee of $125 for the lab test ($49 processing fee is waived)
