About our fitness coach Shobha Reddy
Shobha Reddy is the Founder of Reddi2Workout, a personal fitness studio located in Sunnyvale, California. In 2000 Shobha decided to pursue her childhood interest in athletics and in 2005 launched Reddi2Workout where she trains students in fitness and conducts seasonal workshops such as her Beach Boot Camp. Reddi2Workout has helped several hundred women and men meet their personal fitness goals. Wanting to give something back to her community, Shobha primarily trains South Asians because she understands the diet and exercise chall enges as well as health concerns that are unique to South Asians. Shobha holds a Masters degree in Finance, and is a certified Personal Fitness Trainer. She also holds certifications in Yogalates, Bosu Training, Glider, Spinning, Medicine Ball, Pilates, TRX, Functional Training and Free Weights. Shobha serves on the Wellness Committee of the South Asian Heart Center and has designed a 6week personal fitness program for its participants.
