Trust Membership: three categories • Organisations representing residents (9 so far) • Local enterprise members (9 so far) • Neighbouring Landowners (Southbank Centre, Shell, Merlin Entertainments, Braeburn Estates) Trust Board • Each member group appoints four trustees • Co-opted Treasurer • Lambeth Council represented by Cllr Kevin Craig • Operations Committee • Finance Committee

Management and Maintenance Main contractor: The Landscape Group on site 6am-10pm, responsible for: • Litter: over 16,000 bags of litter Jun-Aug 2015 • (60% more than 2012) • Cleaning paths and granite seats • Grass, trees, flower beds, playground maintenance Security: South Bank Patrol 8am-midnight in Summer and overnight security at weekends • Illegal trading • Anti-social behaviour • Gatherings Trust uses SBEG to manage contracts
Finances • Annual cost to manage Gardens £370,000 • Total 2015-16 budget (with admin, VAT etc) £430,000

Landowner members subscriptions SBC contribution under lease London Eye and Shell/Braeburn S106 payments Income just about covers expenditure . . . but there is a need to make provision for long term major repairs and renewals
