INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF TEAM MANAGER (TM) LITE Before you commence using TM Lite you will need to set up your team. Click on the “Teams” tab at the top of the page then click on “Add” and insert your club name and club code. Click on OK and then cancel. Close window and click on the “Athletes” tab and enter information for each athlete from your club including Name D.O.B and Sex. Under “Member of” click on your club code then click on “Build ID”. This will automatically generate a number to identify a particular swimmer. Do not change this number to the swimmers registration number. After each athlete enter OK. Close window returning to the TM Lite main page. Click on “File” then scroll down to “Import” and then “Meet Events”. These have been emailed to your club from Swimming SA. Import all events for up coming meets. To input entries, click on “Meets” and then “Entries/by name” This will list all athletes on the top of the page and all events they are eligible to enter at the bottom. Simply highlight an athlete then click “enter” for events they wish to enter. Under the heading “Custom Time’ you will need to enter their entry time not including the decimal points. The program will automatically generate these. .Once all entries have been input you will need to email these to this office. Return to main TM Lite page click on file and scroll down to Export/ meet entries. Save file to your preferred hard drive and email to Swimming SA at sonya.rump@swimmingsa.org.au
