Bullets Slide The essence of a great bullet is brevity and promise. By using bullets, you’re demonstrating that you know how to be concise and cut to the chase.
01
02
Keep bullets thematically related. Bullet points highlight key elements of very specific topics, so stay on a single track.
Highlight elements key to understanding the content of your slide. There’s no room for fluff here, so call out what’s most important.
03
Think of a bullet point as a mini headline. It needs to be concise and attention-grabbing in a way that intrigues readers and compels them to read more.

Using Illustrations When using illustrations try to avoid low quality artwork. Illustrations are a great why to bring fun to a slide or help convey ideas.
PowerPoint has a variety of SmartArt graphics you can use to illustrate and organize different types of ideas. A SmartArt graphic is a visual representation of information and ideas, and a chart is a visual illustration of numeric values or data. PowerPoint is always adding new types of graphics and expanding existing ones.
