Happy Hour Dip 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened to room temperature 1 cup sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip) 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 5 ounces shredded swiss cheese 5 ounce shredded parmesan cheese 1 bunch of finely chopped green onions 2 to 3 Tablespoon bacon, crumbled Mix together until creamy. Mix well, store in airtight container. Best when made a day ahead. Keeps well.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned (cookies will not brown on top). Remove immediately to wire rack; cool for 5 minutes, then roll in confectioners’ sugar.

1 four-serving package of instant vanilla pudding mix 1/4 cup sugar 2 cups whipping cream Caramel sauce Chopped walnuts Prepare and chill instant vanilla pudding mix. Beat whipping cream with sugar until peaks form. Layer trifle dish with 1 of the pumpkin breads cut into large pieces, place pudding mixture on top of pumpkin bread, add other pumpkin bread (cut in large pieces) on top of pudding mixture, add whipped cream, top with caramel sauce and chopped walnuts.

1 loaf frozen white-bread dough, thawed (about 6 hours) 1 pound hamburger, browned and drained 1 jar sloppy joe sauce 1 8-ounce package shredded mozzarella cheese Potato chips, crushed Take thawed bread and press into 9x13-inch pan, mix hamburger and sloppy joe sauce together, pour over bread dough, put cheese on top. Bake 350 degrees until done. When done sprinkle crushed potato chips on top.

Cream together butter and vegetable oil. Add vanilla and eggs. Beat until fluffy. Add dry ingredents. Mix until blended; chill overnight. Roll into balls. Press with sugared glass. Bake on an ungreased sheet at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
