Helping women to rise up to a better quality of life

AYRIE comes from the Irish word ‘éirí’ meaning ‘to rise’. Ayrie is one of the first of its kind, helping women from West Cork and further afield to live a better quality of life through holistic lifestyle and mindset coaching. Set up by Aisling Vaughan, 29, Aisling and her team believe in an education-based approach to food, exercise and weight loss and have helped 100s of women achieve and maintain life changing results.

The mindset and personal development part of Ayrie helps women build better selfesteem and self-confidence while giving them clarity on their values and goals for the future.

Aisling has shown great determination and courage in continuing to pursue a business that was directly effected by the pandemic. During Covid, she was forced to close her in person coaching business in Sydney, Australia and like many, she created an online offering to help people stay healthy during lockdowns. She decided to move home in July 2020 and establish her new business in West Cork.

Community is one of the most powerful elements of Ayrie and there is an opportunity for likeminded women to connect and belong to a group of genuinely caring and inspiring individuals who support one another in

Aisling Vaughan. their endeavours. A large contingent of the group are based in West Cork but also overseas including UK, Canada, USA, UAE and Australia. While the coaching is 1-1 and personalised to every individual, they meet online twice a week for zoom workshops as a group.

Ayrie also hosts meetups, such as coffees and walks around Cork, cycling trips, hiking, weekends away and ‘AYRIE LIVE’ which is their annual conference for personal development, planning
