ENJOYING THE EASTER REWARDS

KINGSVILLE — The Easter Bunny was very busy Saturday morning, April 16 at Lakeside Park in Kingsville for the Mayor’s annual Easter Egg Hunt.

Mayor Nelson Santos estimated there were 500 children in attendance for the first hunt and another 300 children in the second, older age group.

The free community event ran from 10 a.m. to noon and included many activities, from a scavenger hunt to several craft making stations inside the pavilion.

Here, two-and-a-half-year-old Alex Bradd wasted no time in tasting one of her chocolate eggs following the egg hunt.
