KINGSVILLE — The Main Street Development review committee was formed in early 2020 to identify key issues that impact Main Street East between Heritage Road and Kratz Side Road. Over the past several months, the committee has met in various sub-committees to discuss different topics and formulate several draft recommendations for consideration in five key areas: • Traffic • Heritage • Urban Design • Zoning/Landscaping/Signage and, • Policy Review These recommendations will be presented at a Public Open House on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at 7:00 pm. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Open House will take place via Zoom. Contact the Manager of Planning Services at rbrown@kingsville.ca to receive the link and viewing/participating instructions. This Open House is your opportunity to provide feedback and suggestions before recommendations move forward to Council. Find out more about this committee’s activity and information provided to them during the course of their work on the Town’s Planning and Zoning page.
