Southwestern’s Task Force for Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging is a dedicated team of faculty, staff, and students charged with addressing essential issues relating to the diversity and inclusiveness of our community. Its overarching goal is to address critical EIB issues and enact positive changes so that Southwestern’s entire community feels valued and included.
Southwestern has embraced and promoted equity, inclusion, and belonging since its 1911 inception. These principles remain core values. But our work is not finished. We engage in honest conversations, examine existing structures, and embrace change as we help to make the legal profession and society more inclusive and just.
