FACE PANELS FOR WHEELHOUSE SYSTEMS
Wheelhouse
™
HIGH-DENSITY MOBILE STORAGE SYSTEM
STEEL FACE PANELS Steel face panels provide a clean, sturdy finishing treatment for the ends of Spacesaver Wheelhouse™ High-Density Mobile Storage Systems.
DESIGN AND CAPABILITIES Spacesaver’s 18 gauge (1.2 mm thick) mobile system face panels provide a strong, steel finishing alternative that features a one-piece, 4 bend structural construction with no sharp exposed edges, and has the flexibility to work with all types of storage housings including those that are custom designed. STRENGTH: Each steel panel is reinforced for strength and rigidity with a minimum of three horizontal hat channels welded to the inside of the top, base and center. AESTHETICS: Steel face panels feature a clean, smooth exterior with no exposed assembly holes and no protruding hardware. They are secured to the mobile system with specially designed face panel supports to ensure and maintain accurate and true alignment. They are powder coat painted in any of the standard colors for a hard, durable finish that will complement the mobile system and the surrounding decor. FLEXIBILITY: Steel face panels are designed to completely cover the full width and height of any storage housing and the carriage base providing a continuous, one-piece finish.
